We purchased our home and contents insurance through youi and saved heaps so tried with my car insurance too. Managed to save money there too but was also offered a discount on my original insurance too! What really set youi apart from the other insurers I looked at was the fantastic customer service. Josh R was incredibly helpful, friendly and prompt to deal with through both quotes and finalisation of policies. I wanted an insurer that was easy to deal with and friendly and I definitely found it!

I have not made a claim so cannot comment on claim service. I was impressed by the nice personalities of the staff and they were very helpful. I’m hoping their claim service is as good.

Got Dom as my Sales Rep - New Car policy on change-over as competitive as the cheapest alternative. Great to know after being with youi for over 12 years! Have home and contents with youi as well and that's where the savings also kick in! Dom helped me with expert advice on options and combinations. Couldn't be happier knowing that on drop-off of old and pick-up of new, we are covered with youi down to the second!

My day started terribly, when found out my current insurance company would no longer cover me after I made a claim for my stolen car.
Having my car stolen was a very upsetting ordeal - then to get this news they would not cover my new car was another upsetting blow.
My partner suggested I try Youi - best advice.

Every angle covered,no negativity. My questions answered in a professional manner and in a helpful detail,I had no hesitation in making my decision in a reasonably short period of time,after a clearly understood conversation.

Any cents counts. Glad to be able to save more than $200 bucks. Heard great things about Youi but really need to try it on first hand. A good head start. Hopefully, it will be a smooth service thoughout.

Lyn was fantastic; so patient, polite and honest. She was happy to go at my pace and was never pushy. She made me feel at ease when I asked for some time to consider the offering and when I bounced from one point to another, she was always there reassuring me and giving me the information I needed. We had some laughs along the way and I really felt I could trust her intent and observations.

I felt quite pressured by the Consultant and whilst the policy seemed to save me money a detailed comparison showed that this was not the case. After my Youi policy expired I switched back to my original insurer as their policy was far more comprehensive.

I phoned for a quote and it was by far the most expensive quote I had. In fact it was nearly double the cost of 4 other quotes I had.

I thought it would be difficult applying for a new policy after being with my previous Insurance company for fifteen years. But prompt and efficient call backs from Tom with enormous patience and savings made me wish I had done it sooner.

They play up with quotes. Don't bother wasting your time getting quote from them. Online quoted has gone up like double after sales person rang - Firstly quoted online 92x then gone up to 16xx. Youi $16xx, RACQ $11xx, Budget Direct $76x(optional choice of repairer included). What a Joke Youi.

The staff at Youi were friendly, thorough and very helpful. I considered that the policy I was offered was great value compared to my previous comprehensive car insurance. Highly recommended.

Danny from Youi has been awesome. I have been a member of NRMA for 40 years and had multiple policies. I have signed up for 3 policies with YOU I and have saved hundreds of dollars. It's been so surprising that I've been paying such high premium with NRMA even though I've been a loyal member for 40 years. I phoned NRMA and that couldn't be bothered to match the price of YOUI.
