Really I have to give 1 star?
If Zupps Holden Aspley was the last motor mechanic I still wouldn't take my car there again.
Poor customer service - non-disclosure of loan car availability.
Delivery of repairs on one vehicle three days after promised date.
Had to take another car back after service to have the service finalised on another.

Don't sign anything with Zupps
Zupps are dishonest gougers. I bought a new Jimny and had diff breathers fitted instore before I picked it up because the last one of these vehicles I had got water in diffs (many thousands of dollars damage) with not even serious 4wd conditions and wasn't covered under warranty. This time I was careful to ask for the breathers to be checked every service. This wasn't done and a month before warranty ended the front diff packed it in. I asked zupps once again to check breather function when it got serviced in the last week of warranty and they ...Read more
didn't - just quoted me over $3k to it fix problem and failed to contact Suzuki until 2 days before warranty expired. They didn't mention the zupps fitted breathers and Suzuki refused the warranty because they didn't have info about the breathers. When I checked myself under the car the breather in question was damaged and nobody at Zupps had said anything about it to me. They clearly failed to do the work I'd asked and tried to capitalise on the preventable damage as well as not disclosing to Suzuki the full information about the breathers. I will be taking industrial action. The car is a great 4wd but both Suzuki and zupps should have a good think about what their return business is worth to them. I have spent thousands with them and they have totally ripped me off. Don't buy or service with zupps and if you get one of these great cars make sure you get those breathers fitted and regularly checked as this is a pattern failure which the manufacturers and Zupps clearly aren't bothered to properly cover their customers for. Very angry and disappointed.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Terrible
I bought a brand new Suzuki Grand Vitara November plated 2015 sports model from Zupps Aspley. I have had no end of troubles with this car since the day we got it. Every time it is booked in for a service or warranty work I get given the same excuses 'the car hasn't been driven in yet.' You would think that after owning the car for 2.5 years and driving 34,000klm that it is well and truly driven in.
I can't even get 340klms to a full 52L tank of fuel. The car constantly has a burning rubber type smell that lingers even after your park your car...Read more

They have not followed up their promises
In store, the process was ok. Now I am due for my first free service. They are saying that I have to pay. They kept telling me the first 4 services are free. That is standard for holden. Now they are saying NO, I would like something done about the lies that I was told.

Terrible customer service and after sale care!
They get a 2 because my car is a good car but I wish it had been made by someone else. This is a big review but worth the read to anyone looking to purchase.
Wow I am shocked and completely disappointed in the quality of service and professionalism provided by the Hyundai Browns Plains Service Department. Today (12/01/2018) I have taken my car in for a service and today for the 2nd time I see that not only are items not completed by the service team, but they have marked them as complete. During my last service (May of 2017) I collected may...Read more
car and as I was in a rush I didn’t notice the wash was not completed. Upon arriving home and noticing this, I then began checking the other things that someone who isn’t car savvy would still be able to check. I found the map updates were also not completed. I contacted Hyundai regarding this matter via their online forms and never heard back. I then contacted them again a month later via Facebook on the 23/06/2017 and they sent off this information to my dealership who contacted me later in the week. I was informed that regardless of my concerns the only thing not carried out were the wash and map updates (funnily enough the only things I could personally check) I asked if they could redo the service to ensure it was all done correctly as obviously someone had falsely marked stuff as done during that service so I was left feeling very concerned about the authenticity of the whole service. I was informed that they obviously wouldn’t mark something serious as complete if it wasn’t and that I would only be getting the maps updated. I let this go and took their assurances that this was a once off honest mistake. HOW WRONG WAS I! In August of 2017 my head unit crashed. Fine these things happen. Hyundai were replacing it under warrantee. I tried to get in contact with multiple people about getting a different head unit so I could have access to Apple car play. (The car was originally sold to me brand new in 2016 I told it would have an apple car play within a few months but this never eventuated and has been denied to those that bought the higher range models.) I spoke with people in the service departments, people in the sales departments and even the finance manager. I was passed from person to person with the finance manager eventually telling me that he would contact someone from head office regarding my request. Then on the multiple times I contacted them to get an update the finance manager was always out and would contact me back, he never did. I get the call saying a new head unit has arrived and it was the original one. A month later Hyundai rolled out retrofitted head units for my model of car. I was very disappointed with this as I had tried very hard to get this and was unable to get anywhere. Now again I have taken my car in for a service. I tried to pay extra for my car to be washed and vacuumed to ensure it was completed but was informed it would and it would be complementary. I get a call to come and collect my car and find that neither the wash or vacuum was completed even though it was again marked as done. I brought it to the attention of the people within the service department and they sent it off to be done, which I had to wait around for again. I then tried to speak with a gentleman in the sales side whilst I was looking at the new cars during my wait, about the upgrade for my head unit. He informed me that it was all done via a software update and even showed me the new headunits which were the same size as my current one. He told me to ask the service people to do it. I go back to the service department and enquire about this and they informed me that this isn’t an option for my car. I cannot get any update and if I want apple car play then I need to do it with an aftermarket product. The gentleman in the service department even gave recommendations of who to use. He said that he had check with the Forman regarding this enquiry and he was positive Hyundai don’t offer this. I left the dealership feeling very confused as I was sure I had seen Hyundai offering new head units for a price I just wasn’t sure how much. I called customer service and she informed me that I was in fact correct and that Hyundai did offer retrofitted head units for an extra price. Since returning home I have found that the vacuum that I had to chase up was not even done properly, the boot where the back two seats are, wasn’t touched and the steering wheel is covered in something that is extremely sticky. I find it appalling that the service department continuously fails to do their job and complete the service properly. I increasingly feel concerned about the quality of the rest of the service or if it was completed at all. I find it ridiculous that I know more about the services and upgrades available than the people who are employed and payed to represent the Hyundai brand. This whole dealership needs to be looked into and fixed. From false promises offered to ensure a sale to the terrible after sale care. I won’t be coming back to this dealership. I will not only not recommend Hyundai to anyone but will go out of my way to discourage others from buying from such a terrible dealership. I cannot see myself getting a new head unit from Hyundai, after being sucked into buying a $60’000 car that now cannot get the updates promised during my sale and the lack of quality and workmanship in the service department I wouldn’t spend another dollar on accessories and/or upgrades through your organisation or trust the staff with such a delicate task.Similar opinion? My mother's cruise has been in 3 times and still leaking from the throttle bottle somewhere a grand
Aspley zupps in person, I'll let you know tomorrow but she's spent 15000 on car and now another two grand or so on throttle bottle and now it's leaking again so I had to spend 30 aud on red coolant.

Zupps - Worse than you can imagine! Go elsewhere.
Love the car but absolutely loathe Zupps. I viewed the vehicle with Mats and Boot Protector but they weren't there when I picked it up and I was too busy to take it further at the time. Later basically told I am a liar. Appalling service when I had the first "Complimentary Service" done. Also trying to screw me on the Warranty Start date. Don't bother complaining, it's always the customers fault. I advise anyone to buy a KIA but not from Zupps. Going to KIA Australia and the ACCC.

Not good at all
When I purchased my car from zupps, I thought I got a good deal, as it turned out, it wasn't. It felt like I've been ripped off. A few weeks later, the car started to play up and I swear the car I bought was a complete dud. I got the extended warranty and I didn't even needed it. Zupps told me I had to take my car to them and couldn't go elsewhere. I don't want to deal with them again. I don't like my car anymore, in the next couple of months, I'm going elsewhere to buy my new car.
Don't deal with Zupps, they'll rip you off.

Zupps couldn't care less about its customers
After having purchased my car and having engine trouble at the 3mths and two days mark I called I zupps staff at Aspley and was told that the car would still be fixed under waranty because it had only done 6,000 kms. The cars valve stem seals had gone and oil was leaking into the piston causing huge smoke clouds on start up. I took the car in (300km round trip) and picked it up the next day. Told the car was fine after oil change and charged for a filter. Also told it wasn't under waranty. Car blew smoke as soon as it got home. Zupps reminded me it wasn't under warranty and suggested I take it to a closer machnics at my own cost. The car has only done 50,000km should be like new. Poor customer care.

Waste Of Time
I purchased my family car a Nissan Pathfinder through Mt Gravatt wholesale cars through Zupps, it had a broken Child lock which was a stuff around to get fixed. The car also has been cutting out while driving the staff at Zupps Mt Gravatt couldn't even drive the car cause the car wouldn't start. I wasn't told of the $165 diagnostics fee even at booking car in even the though the car is under warranty still. Zupps can not locate the problem and now i have been told i have to take the car to a Nissan Dealership, waste of time and money.

Loan fees
Its funny that I'm seeing several people say similar things to what I experienced. Zupps have this tendency to convince you to let them finance you over the bank you're attempting to choose to save a small amount of money without telling you about their loan broker fees. Also had them trick me into borrowing an extra 7000 dollars worth of insurance. BEWARE. This company is not to be trusted.

Beware - overcharging for capped price service
I bought a Swift from Zupps Suzuki, Mt Gravatt a year and a half ago. My first 2 scheduled service (1,000 and 10,000 kms) went well and I should add that service was good. That was until my car was due for the 20K service. In my case, my vehicle was doing very low kms, so it was "overdue" as it had passed the 6 month mark and the odometer was only reading about 16,000 kms. I received email reminders to bring the car in and after a few weeks, a lady from Zupps customer service rang and advised that if I didn't book my car in for service, I would...Read more
risk losing the new car factory warranty! Yes, I am aware of that but the real reason is anybody's guess. Anyway, it's no biggie to get my car serviced a little earlier and so I made an appointment for service. At the service centre, I was told that my car had to do a combined service (meaning a 20K and 30K service together as it was almost due for 30K service in terms of timing). Naturally, I asked if I had to pay more for the service. "No" the mechanic says, still the same capped price of $249. The service was all done as per requirement, and without question, I paid and left. Then when I was putting away the invoice for the service, I checked the last service which showed the capped price was $199, so I thought that was strange. I went to the Suzuki website which confirmed that a Swift capped price service for 20 and 30k should only be $199, and not $249. I rang Zupps and queried the same mechanic who served me and he promptly said. "Oh, if the Suzuki website says $199, then we should honour that". He promised that I would be refunded the $50 overcharge. I find it very hard to swallow that Zupps' trained staff would make such a mistake of wrongly quoting and charging a capped price service as Swift is one of the best selling cars in the Suzuki range. This has really left a bad taste in my mouth!Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Not reliable
I purchased a Holden Captiva 2008 from Zupps Browns Plains for 23K. It was coming with a usual 3 months dealership guarantee.
A few days after the guarantee lapsed, and while my car had travelled less than 2500 km after purchase, it was suddenly stopped in a 3-lanes main road. The accelerator was not functioning. I took the car to Zupps.
Initially they refused to fix it because of expiry of guarantee but, because of very low millage travelled they accepted to fix it.
Less then a month later the same problem happened on the logan motorway ...Read more
