Bad Dealership
We purchased a vehicle and less than 24 hours the check engine light comes on and we were almost involved in and accident as the vehicle wouldn't go. To make it worse the staff did not allow us to test drive the vehicle promising that it was an excellent vehicle
This is the rudest and worst car dealership that I ever deal with!!
I will not even give a star if I have the option!
I recently bought a Honda Accord from them and I must say I never dealt with anyone worse than them.
First of all they promised the car will be checked before they sell the car, make sure there is no issues and car would be clean and detailing before it’s picked up. Well... I get there after they told me the car is ready to be picked up and found the car have not been clean and detail properly as I still found dust and dirts inside the car and lollies, lollies papers,hair clips etc in the spare
... Read more tire console. I asked them if they planning on getting the car cleaned and the answer that I got is “its already clean”. So I though save the hassle and clean it myself when I get back to Canberra when I came back to Canberra I noticed the engine light had come on on the 3rd day we had it checked by a mechanic and it turned out the catalytic converter had damage to it prior to buying it and it was screwed This would cost $1600 to be replaced When I was cleaning out the boot of the car I noticed something wasn’t right and inside the boot There was a big gap in the boot that wasn’t suppose to be there the seal inside the boot floor was busted open like it had been in a accident (they did not have the car properly inspected when the dealership received the car)

Honest, reliable, transparent
So, I bought a car from A and Z quality used car dealership. Honestly, these guys were awesome. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of before I picked up the car, even made sure the car would pass for rego that was up that month. The whole experience from start to finish was impeccable. They made me feel very secure, being a young girl, I really appreciated how safe and looked after they made me feel. Even though I am young, I have bought cars in the past and do know what to look for (in the past I have dealt with dodgy dealerships) THESE GUYS WERE AMAZING AND EARNED MY RESPECT/TRUST. Would highly recommend.
