Exceptional service from Ali very happy with his service and deal. Purchased a audi a5from haberfield motors last year. Brought it back and traded it in on a bmw 325i mspec. Gave me a excellent deal the trade in. I was going to put it on carsales but brought it in and done the deal after i spoke to Ali. I saw the bmw in yard no detailing or nothing took it for a test drive loved it mechanically A1 no issues at all. Ali and his team were exceptional done the detailing on car in the same day. Bought a car with a roadworthy supplied, rego was due for renewal following month. Needed a new roadworthy...now mechanic has sent images and quoted 5k in repairs which should have been picked up in roadworthy when purchased. Oil leaks, water leaks, suspension issues, tyres “ready to blowout” “unsafe to drive” based on my mechanics assessment.. he advised not to drive car home... waiting on response from fair trading on next steps. Very disappointed, these guys knew we bought the car to transport our family and both children.
