It was a daunting thought to buy a car interstate. I emailed about a vehicle and got contacted by Billy. Billy handled my many queries with ease and accuracy. Many phone calls and honourable dealings later, we have the car and are very pleased with it. Billy did all he said he would and to do that, management must have supported him.

Deceitful operators. After travelling 2.5hrs on a Saturday morning and receiving a call on the way confirming if I was still coming. On arrival I took the vehicle for a test drive and after some further discussion agreed to purchase the vehicle if they undertook some minor repairs (tighten driving lights, replace a broken fog light etc).
I was then advised that these requests couldn't be undertaken as vehicle was being sold at "cost price"..............I thought this to be somewhat odd.
I was then told that if I wanted to purchase the v...ehicle that I needed to make a decision quickly as the vehicle was on hold to another buyer who was awaiting finance approval. I walked out. I was blown away with this awful tacit. Whilst gazumping is not illegal in Australia, I don't think it is professionally ethical.
I had dramas with my car whilst on a road trip. James and his team at Lennock Service (VW) bent over backwards to help out when no one else could/would. With no notice, and without a booking, he squeezed my car into his busy schedule and got us back on the road. Even had my car washed and vacuumed!
Easy interstate used car purchase
I recently purchased a used 2015 Mitsubishi Challenger sight unseen from this company and found them great to deal with. The salesman that we dealt with (James Battersby) was honest and very helpful throughout the sale and afterwards with coordinating to get the vehicle transported to the Gold Coast. When we picked the car up from the transportation company the car was exactly as described and we are very happy with the whole experience!

Very expensive annual services. I have Takata airbags the replacement of which keeps being delayed further and further, even though my car is 10 years old. On line chat service is useless, promising a call back which doesn't happen. Volkswagen were more helpful in the explanation for the delay. Not impressed at all with Lennock. I have been a faithful customer for 10 years but they obviously don't respect that.
Exceptional Sales Person and Great Team Work - Will go back again
I have Hyundai i30. I went to buy a spare part for it and I was approached by Chris (Casmious)! who asked if he can help. Despite the fact that I was purchasing a sma;ll cheap part Chris was genuine and helpful. He guided me to the right department and he made sure that my needs were attended to. He spoke to the Service Manager Michael Jurgens who helped me to install the door lock while I am fitting my tyres at the tyre centre. Also Lauchlan and Tiana from the tyre centre were professional, pleasant and customer centric. This excellent service...that I have experienced will encourage me to go back to service my Hyundai or to purchase a new car if the needs arise. The named personal managed to impress me and I walked out happy with the intention to go back again. Great team work that had to be recognised. Eddie Soliman
Purchased a used vehicle from Lennock Dec 2018. Despite patience and perserverance, sales person Jason failed to follow through on basics.
Agreed on tow bar and rear reflector, no response.... dismal

Bought a 2013 Nissan Navara 3 months ago. The rego papers contained an error. 5 hours later fixed. A few weeks later, the aircon stopped working. I was told that it was a consumable. Three times back and a hole was fixed. I asked for a 2nd key. Two times back and I am told that the can’t code the key. 3 months later and I am told that the vehicle requires new disc brakes. The vehicle requires another wheel allingnment and no one knows about my extended warranty!! So much for a reliable dealership!
A used car dealer with honesty, sincerity, integrity & no Spin!
I purchase a used car ever 12-24 months due to the amount of Km required for work - so I have a bit of fun and vary lots of different types of vehicles for 30 years now.
I have had some great cars and some horror stories too. BUT In all that time I have never come across the degree of professionalism and real customer service as I have experienced on this occasion with Jason & his team at Lennock Used cars.
With all the silly season pressure on they instantly addressed a couple of small hiccups and hunted down the best real used car war...ranty insurance for my mechanical complicated 335i ride to suite me. Service like this I have not experienced since the 1980's Customer focus TQM management model. Will definitely come back for all my upgrades & recommend them to anyone who wants to know they will actually be listened to and looked after. The car sold itself - It is the customer service with up front honesty and integrity - no spin - no pressure - honest pricing - So impressed Im writing this blog strait after delivery! & Oh yes- car runs perfect too.

A great than you to Lennock Motors for the assistance and ease it was for my daughter to purchase a used vehicle from Lennock Motors. After discussion on the phone and a few more pictures via emails and the confidence gained talking to Alan Brown a deposit was placed on the A3 subject to inspection & finance. Finance, through another party delayed the purchase but they were patient & an NRMA inspection was not a problem. The two minor faults were fixed before I received the report. Lennock Motors picked my daughter up at Canberra airport took h...er to the car where Alan went through all the details & instructed her about the systems in the car setting up he phone blue-tooth & finally ensuring she was confident in the A3's operation before she drove the car to Melbourne. I must point out I am in Newcastle & my daughter is in Melbourne she viewed the car for the first time on the day she picked it up & was so happy A big thanks to Alan & the staff Regards Ron

Three week wait for warranty work
A week after I took delivery of a new Golf Highline 7.5 the Blind Spot Monitor stopped working. I called the dealer to have it fixed. They were booked out for three weeks. I had to wait three weeks to have it fixed and then it took all day. Waiting three weeks for a warranty claim is unacceptable.
Very bad customer service and the worst is too much lying
Bought a car from there and they offered to drop it off to Sydney as I live in Sydney on the day that was suppose to be delivered they sent me email saying that the guy had an emergency which I understood that they are lying anyway I kept my self cool and I said ok I’m going to pick up on Saturday and I’m coming by bus would someone be able to pick me up from station and they said yes and on Saturday before I got to station tried to contact them for someone to pick me up their reply was that someone resigned on that day and they are short of st...aff biggest liars ever. Then the car which I bought was suppose to be detailed and full of petrol which wasn’t and realised that after I left cos I was thinking it should be full and when I rang them they said they fill up only 20 litres which I believe it’s wrong cos I’m not buying a 5$ car very bad biggest liars ever and greedy and don’t recommend them to my worst enemy LENNOCK never ever again.
No reply or response to my email in regards to the inquiry i made.
I bought this car jetta car 8 months ago and went back to make an inquiry what can volkswagen offer and they said they will get back to me. I like Volkswagen cars and My cars are Volkswagen but it seems like inquiry has not been action. I deal with [name removed] but I sent an email a couple of time but still no reply, my inquiry was 3 weeks ago. Now, this make me rethink that I might have to deal somewhere else. I am not happy with service at the this stage..
We damage your property and then bombard you with spam.
Due to the lack of service in getting vehicles serviced we went elsewhere. Unfortunately, we had to return for warranty work. Oh yes fixed the issue finally but on last visit through reckless negligence they damaged our vehicle. Spent months trying to resolve the matter where they use the tactic of ignore it and it will go away. Meanwhile, we will start using your personal details to spam you with offers etc emails, letters and phone calls.
Professionalism and maturity is not part of the Charter.
