Our cleaner did a thorough job doing the work requested by us. She was trustworthy, honest and reliable throughout the over two years that we used this service. We found her to be most professional and polite at all times. We no longer need the service due to retirement but would recommend this service to others.

Domestic Service promptly organized a cleaner and kept me informed through the whole process, very professional! After that I organized everything directly with Andrew, the cleaner, he also did a great job.

We complained about the standard and were told to fix it ourselves by talking to the cleaners. We did and didn’t get any improvement and no follow up to see if we had any issues. They also had a lot of absenteeism that was last minute and was inconvenient to us.

Our cleaner of over two years has been absolute brilliant . Hard working and punctual. She worked diligently and without fuss. Nothing was a hassle to her even if routine was changed.

My daughter's bought me this clean for Christmas, the cleaning was so bad my daughter's and myself re-cleaned ourselves. 180.00 WASTED MONEY FOR NOTHING. the cleaners came back the next day to fix what they didn't clean in my bathroom and still left it dirty.mirrors not clean. White bath was yellow. The cleaners were very rude.

The spring clean was completed to a high standard. The house is sparkling like new. Just amazing what can be achieved when the cleaners know what they are doing & how to do it well.

In 3 hours, the cleaner did my oven and rangehood (which were not filthy by any means), the mirrors on built in robes in two bedrooms, and the inside of one window. When I complained, I was told they trust their cleaner was there for 3 hours and they can't help me. If she was there for 3 hours, she works at a glacial pace. Was in no way worth $160 and they actually left dust from the inside of the window all over my bedroom floor, so it created more work for me.

Very happy with the service we have received from our cleaners. Always punctual, very polite and friendly. The house always looked lovely after they had been.

Cleaner did well, covered a large variety of cleaning jobs and we regret having to cease the service because of financial reasons.

I had 3 different cleaners over 7 weeks. It is clear the staff are not provided with training on how to clean, and I am talking about basic things. One did not know how to mop a floor i. e. The floor was dry straight after it was allegedly washed and when water was used only about half the floor was cleaned. One was dusting with the feather duster and then proceeded to shack the duster so all the dust fell all over the furniture and then wonders why I asked for it to be done again. This same girl was using a bucket to throw water at the shower and bath and the whole bathroom was flooded. Having said that one girl was a lot better. However I do suggest training is provided for some basics skills for all staff.

Extemly happy with the cleaning job .She was polite, friendly and very thorough.Took great care of our home and mindful of our pets.

My cleaner was so good. She was prompt and courteous in contacting me, very friendly and oh so thorough. She did the job just as I would have done it, and I'm picky!
