Very unreliable and terrible service. I complained to ACCC that on their website for bond cleaning they stated that they would clean the cupboards and kitchen but the kitchen was flithy with food stains, soy sauce stains, banana peels left behind. Kept calling them but the person in charge is avoiding my calls (her colleague says she is on the line for the past 3 hours). Please avoid them and complain to the ACCC if you engage them.

I booked them and 7 they come and 9 the services they provide disgusting the toilet was horrible the bathroom they didnot even scrub it not vacuum the carpet I recommend never hire them they don't do their job properly.

Please do not get caught with their 10% discount offer. They have no professionalism at all. I hired them to clean my lounge. It did not make any difference after the clean up was done.They told me it would take 2 hours to get it cleaned but the actual job was done in less than half an hour. When I said it was very quick, the cleaner told me that my lounge was rather clean so it did not take long. I wrote to them about my dissatisfaction, they came back to me with very vague and unclear response without even looking at my dissatisfaction. Today I found that they have charged me extra from my credit card without my knowledge and approval. No one should use them. it is a total waste of my money.

I needed the carpet in my son's room cleaned quickly after he had been sick the previous night all over his bedroom floor. It was a real mess! Aim sent [Name Removed] to do the job and the carpet looks like new! It was a Saturday and I didn't think we would get anyone to come out but [Name Removed] was here quickly and sorted out the problem. Very good service and highly recommended.

Where do i begin. There so called free oven cleaning service was suppose to be apart of the usual bond cleaning service, which every bond cleaner does anyways but these guys decided to slug me an extra $50 on top to clean my oven, which was hardly used when i was living here. My property manager was not impressed either with Aim's clean. I'm going to the ACCC about this to get my money back. Disgraceful.

Aim Home Services has quick replies and excellent customer service from the sales rep, Mr Matthews, who was friendly and helpful and gave me a quote asap. I was also offered a good price that I was happy with. I will definitely call again if I need to move houses!

On the website, they have pictures of professional ladies in uniforms doing a good job. I had an Indian couple in their pajamas running around my house who had no idea about the authenticity of my rug when in fact I was assured that the "technician" would be able to assess it and act accordingly. On top of that they charged me extra $20 than what was quoted to me when making the booking the day before. Not a happy customer!

Needed to have my carpets cleaned as my child had spilt milk on our lounge room carpet. I called AIM because they had previously helped me when i was moving out of my old rental. Have to say AIM hit the mark once again, i paid the $125 for stain treatment as the lounge room was the only area affected. The Technician [name removed] was extremely helpful walked me through everything he was doing and explained that there could possibly be a smell after a few days but all i had to do was call the the office and they would send him back out. Luckily there was no smell afterwards.
AIM has proved themselves to me and my husband once again and are some of our favourite people :)

Poor cleaners, did not even attempt to do bathroom.
the cleaners had brought there child with them distracting them from the job.
they vacuumed only half the house
they did not clean any dust from any of the shelves around the home.
they did not clean the balcony.
However they did do an excellent job on the walls (for an additional $80)
very very expensive

almost everything was done poorly, had to return to the home.

I decided to try out AIM so got them to do the lounge room carpet after having a very sick foster dog that had made a mess of the carpet. I wasn't expecting a miracle, wasn't expecting stains to be completely gone, but they were!! The carpet looks and smells amazing, and was done in such a timely and professional manner by Neil.
Renee was the admin woman I dealt with most and her customer service skills were impeccable!
I cannot fault this experience and now wish I'd paid to just get the whole house done! :) well worth the money.
I'll definitely be using AIM again and will be recommending them to everyone :)

We had one couple for cleaning they did horrible service at my place they were not professional cleaners and ask for extra for the blinds what a rip off when I talk to the customer care they don't listen and said the same thing, should tell me those things when I paid for the services. Totally unhappy

Very efficient, reliable service. On time, professional approach and the work that was done on my carpet damage was just perfect and cannot see any sign of any repair. Matt was a very kind and professional, would recommend him and the company to anyone who needs any carpet repair done. Will definitely call them again next time!

Spoke to a sales rep and the quote for $116. On arrival i was then quoted $130 to my disbelief i agreed a short while after the carpet technician seemed to be unplugging his machine from my power source he also used cold water from my garden tap???? And said the job was finished..... Waited 5 hours!!!!! For my carpet to dry so i could inspect. Coffee stain still intact, texta not removed from carpet and ash from 1 spilt ash tray not removed i have previously gone through other companies who have done a fantastic job for a gr8 price would not recomend aim carpet cleaning ever!!! . Unsatisfied costumer!!.
