Needed carpet cleaned from mess my children had made which was mostly milk which I found impossible to remove with cleaning products but they came strait out. The cleaners called to let me know they had been held up at a previous job but still made it within the time frame they gave me. The people I spoke to over the phone were very lovely. I am one very happy customer and will be using them again.

Great Customer Service.

Unsatisfactory business after we were contacted by aim for the cleaning services of our property. We went online for a quote and recieved an email back with a price for move out contracting and agreed. Nobody showed up and wasted my whole day. Later we went onto there bond cleaning site and read the reviews and there buyer beware page.Disgraceful very lucky we did not use the business.

Bad customer service

I got Aim in after another company stole my money and didn't clean. Really I should have just gone with Aim to start with. It was all to save about $50. I have used Aim before and they were great. This time round after being ripped off by the other mob, I was so stressed, Aim even offered to call my agent, they arranged access and did it all for me. Aim Home Services, bond cleaning and carpet cleaning in brisbane is the best.

I can not say enough good things about the excellent service we have received right from Aim Home Services.The Booking Staff, the Cleaners and Carpet cleaners who where very professional, lovely to deal with and did a wonderful job. The whole experience was very stress free and run so smoothly. Reliable services at a reasonable price.

I Just had my end of lease cleaning done. It was such a relief to use a company that was so professional. After reading such horror stories on here. I can personally say that although they had to return for 2 minor things the landlord picked up. They did so straight away. I did use another company for the carpet cleaning that was about $20 cheaper but I regretted it. The did a shoddy job and I ended up paying aim home services to go back. They prioritised my carpet cleaning for me and I got my bond money back hassle free. Don't even think twice. Book these guys to help your move

Aim home services did my bond clean and carpet clean and pest control, the office staff had great customer service and were extremely professional. the cleaners and the carpet tech arrived within the 2 hour appointment on the date and did a top job and I got my bond money back without a due. I Highly recommend this company to everyone !!
Great customer service, reliable, christmas specials

Received a bond clean for a fix price and place was not even bad then had my inspection and aim contacted my rental agent for more money.My landlord rang me and told me it would cost more money i was really upset. They both put me under pressure to pay more while trying to move. Rang the RTA two days later and they told me not to do it again next time i am just getting carpets and pest and clean myself or find better business and ring the rta. They try to use the whole bond money thing. I kept the cleaners number.

Not happy

I am very impressed with the efficient Office staff of Aim Home Services in arranging for my Helping Hands cleaning service. The cleaners who came to do my house cleaning needed to do dusting, vacuuming & cleaning 2 bathrooms. They were very good & I was delighted to have a lovely clean house as the outcome. I was so impressed I booked the next cleaning date the very next day!

I recently had AIM do a bond & carpet clean on a 1 bedroom unit. The staff were easy to deal with in organising the quote & day. The cleaner was late on the day, which was annoying as I was travelling over an hour to meet them at 6am and had asked if the clean could be 7am and was told no, to then have the cleaner arrive at 6:55am. Also, the message I left at the office re the cleaner being late was not returned.
The clean itself however was of a very good standard. Unit looked great as did the carpets. Real estate commented on the good clean when doing their exit report.
They offered a competitive price and I would use AIM again.

I had a pleasant experience with Aims. Although there was a bit of delay in re-doing the carpets I was kept informed all the time. Their customer services in particular, [Personal Name Removed] went out of her way to reassure me that Aims will get on to it right away. And sure enough not only did the carpet man, [Personal Name Removed] arrived on time on the day but the quality of cleaning was second to none and at no extra charge. He even walked me through and explained everything and what to expect. I was not disappointed.

I had my curtains and mattress cleaned with Aim and I have to say they look, feel and smell so fresh and clean. [Personal name removed] arrived at the arranged time, was very professional, fast (but not rushed) and friendly. He was also very patient due to the cat hair he had to deal with (we have a Persian, need I say more!) I have no hesitation in using their services again or recommending Aim to all my friends.

We decided to go with AIM because their quote was much cheaper than any of the other carpet cleaning companies. They came on time, did a great job, and were very professional and quick. It was awesome to get such great service for the cheapest price, and I will definitely be going with them again in the future.

On time, professional & informative

I found the company exceptional in their service. I first called the company but an answering machine answered so I decided to hang up and try again later, instead they called me back and apologised for missing my call! They organised a time to come around and clean a sofa bed, they called me as they were on their way to my place to ensure I was home, he was very down to earth and explained what he was doing and made sure I was happy with the job before he left. I can't fault them on anything at all and I will be using them again in future.

Aim were able to attend my property at the desired time (many others were not able). They arrived promptly, and were most polite and friendly people. The cleaning was done in a expedient amount of time and I was very pleased with the results, especially in the bathroom where we had a lot of mold on the ceiling. They took all due care and I was very pleased with the end result. Have recommended to friends and will most certainly use Aim again in the future.
