Great service and great price from the guys at Aim Home Services. Whole process from booking with [Personal Name Removed] through to getting the carpets actually done by [Personal Name Removed] was smooth and easy. Paul even helped me move a TV downstairs after he was finished, for no reason, just saw me doing it and offered to help.
affordable, quality job

Excellent job. Really impressed. Carpet looks really clean and smells great. Efficient and friendly service. The guy that did our carpets really cared that we were happy with the job and made sure that the carpets were cleaned as best he could (we have old carpets which are hard to clean). They were able to fit us in at short notice too.

Quote and invoice was for 10 hours cleaning, and the cleaners only did 2 hours - leaving me with parts to spot clean. They were calling the wrong mobile number on the day as well. the guarantee premium they charge is a waste of money, as it is impractical to resolve after returning the keys to your agent.

Cleaning process, employee of aim services and prices are ok for the price charged. Very few concerns, It would be better to clean all types of stains by taking the suggestion from the customer and complete drying after steam cleaning would be an better way to further satisfaction. I am not sure deodorise the carpet was not up to the mark, if its in the list of cleaning process.

The person who come to do service, if he/she are give some suggestions to the customer for the regular carpet maintenance, so that customer would be more happy and helps for your business as well.

Needed a bond clean, carpets clean and pets control done in a small window. Booking was easy the cleaners were on time and acted in a professional manner. Very very happy with the clean and the carpets came up better then we moved in. The real estate even mentioned the quality of the clean during the final inspection. Had only a few days to move called Aim at the last minute to book a bond clean and pest/carpet clean. They were very prompt and showed great attention to detail the cleaners even asked me about the state of the house before we moved in. It ended up cleaner than when moved in and the carpets were heavily stained once cleaned not a stain in site! Very impressed and would recommend Aim to all my friends and family. Reliable and inexpensive

I am shocked at the quality of service. I had lipstick stains from the tenants before me and I scrubbed and scrubbed with all sorts of different cleaning products but to no avail. I walked in 24 hours after the carpets had been cleaned by AIM and there was no lipstick stain.. I couldn't even exactly pin point where the lipstick was in the first place. I'm not sure if they have fragrances in the products they use but the house also smelt amazing! Will definitely use AIM again, very happy!
Such a good clean!

I got a carpet clean and pest control done for a rental property. Aim were fabulous. The electricity had be turned off which stopped other companies being able to clean the carpets, but not Aim - they had a generator in their truck. They were prompt and friendly and the job was fantastic.

I had 4 rooms carpet cleaned and a set of stairs, the stairs were absolutely disgusting and really needed a heavy clean. Aim home services cleaned my carpets in about 30-40 minutes and left me with carpets that looked new. I don't normally write reviews, but thought this time it is warranted. I ordered a carpet clean from AIM yesterday, had it completed today and am extremely happy! The work was exceptional, [name removed] was very professional. By far one of the best carpet cleans I have had. Not sure what products he was using, but he even managed to get stains out that the last carpet cleaning company couldn't remove! The price was very reasonable as well. In fact, I would have been more than happy to pay more. Highly Recommended! Five Stars!

I called Aim home recently just needing a carpet clean and after talking to the lady on the phone i realized I could get a bond clean, pest control and carpet clean on the same day. The price was affordable the service was excellent and it was so hassle free and very organised. A short time ago l employed the services of Aim Home Service to clean and remove mould affectted areas as well as cat urine smelling areas as this had become quite an embarassment when visitors came over.Some of these odours were present when we moved into the property and made worse by our own cat by picking up the scent of a previous cat and then marking her own territory. Do not know how this company has one nice thing written about them?! The customer service was disgraceful! They are rude and an absolute overcharge! I have never dealt with a "professional" company like this ever before! And am never a person/company to write a review but Aim Home Services was despicable. Many more carpet cleaning businesses out there that would love your business.

Exceptionally Bad Service !

I had my carpets/pest and bond clean done by Aim Home Services, the technicians were professional and did a fantastic job. The call centre staff were knowledgeable and helpful and the whole process was so streamlined, they called me the day before to confirm my booking and the friendly call centre person was thorough in explaining the whole process. I even got my bond back and they removed all the stains from my carpet. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Inexpensive and reliable

Very easy to deal with from start to finish. From the quick response giving me quotes to the service provided for what I requested I was very impressed. The staff member who came out was on time and finished the job quite quickly with very little disruption. Couldn't be happier with the results and price. Would recommend to friends.
