A fan I purchased and installed in December of 2022 has failed and will not start. Access to spare parts is required to repair and restore the fan to a working state. Where can I purchase spare parts as it is outside Warranty.

I have two fans in two rooms but they are close to each other and we cannot connect the second remote as it wont sync as they are all on the same Chanel’s and no help guides anywhere to reconfigure them ?Has anyone had this situation

not for the moment. maybee later on. it all depends on aldi, the had a lot of problems with the "free" install.
Can I still purchase these fans as I find them excellent

Read more was really poor and off putting. I have since had the fans installed by another electrician and they are great; nice and quiet, cool down the area nicely and look good.
