Great and elegant coffee Machine
The coffee tastes equivalent to other brands but It does really stand out for its awesome design, its small and portable and easy to use it is easy to use and easy to clean. The problem is that the water that goes through to heat the pipe before the coffee starts goes into the little bin for the used pods

ALDI coffee maker older version works much better but pods could be the issue
Love the taste of the coffee and ease of use but having problems lately with my newer machine. Water runs into reservoir on occasion where the pods drop. Very frustrating. Have just read a review saying the pods could be the problem. Interesting as I have never had a problem with my old machine that I keep at work.

I love it
This machine is compact and blends in with my kitchen surroundings (compared to the enormous expresso machine I had before). Makes beautiful coffee and is so practical! I have had the occasional pop out of the lever that presses into the capsule( while water was running) but it could have been me just not pressing hard enough. I have tried most of the coffee pods and they were all good. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the negative impact on the environment as opposed to traditional expresso machines. I am waiting for the production of re...Read more
usable coffee pods that are compatible with this machine because this addition to landfill is starting to weigh heavily on my conscience. If you contact Terracycle they will pay for you to post your used Expressi pods to get recycled which is a great move.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Makes a good cup!
I use our machine about 4 to 5 times a day.
I really like the taste of some of the capsules and the coffee is strong enough for me.
It is fairly easy to use once you know how to do it.
It is a bit difficult to clean as you have to take it to bits but no more than others I think.

Why spend more for no more
As a self confessed coffee addict my wife purchased an Aldi coffee machine, what a great little thing it is. Cheap to buy easy to maintain and the pods are cheap as well. The most important part is the taste, there are so many different tastes and strengths available you should find one that suits, I buy a no 9 as I like my coffee strong, I find the 10 a little bitter. The coffee is hot and its quick. In comparing to my fathers Nespresso machine I ask why spend so much when you don't get anything better, if anything the Aldi machine coffee is hotter so much better for my taste. The only thing I do not like is the water reservoir is at the back, should be on the side.

A real workhorse of a coffeemachine.
I have had an Aldi coffee pod machine since they first came out and bought the 2015 model when my old one died. It performs as I expected it to- qick and exellent! I like the strong coffee from their pod range, but all their coffees are good. The machine is almost instant warm up and the coffee size can be predetermined easily to suit your needs. It goes well with the matching milk frother. To sum up, very cheap to buy, considering what you get for a robust dependable and long lasting machine that delivers consistant quality coffee.

Make sure you wear your earplugs
I love the Chai pods, but I find the machine is slow, noisy and I always have trouble removing the used pods collector. i do use it every day, even with its shortcomings. The Chai pods and the price make up for the noise. Perhaps the newer models are quieter, I haven't tried one.

just love the coffee from this machine
So easy to use and Clean. Love the taste of the coffee and so handy to always have a packet of 50/50 in my pantry for when I run out of milk. Very simple to use and I would not be without it. Will update to the new model later in the year.

Perfect
This is a great coffee machine at a very reasonable price. Have been using it every day and still have had no problems. Yes it's maybe sometimes annoying to have to clean the pod bin each time as it starts to smell but I love this machine. Great coffee aswell!

Its a quick fix me up
Overall i'm happy with the machine, just need to get the right milk and coffee mixture or else the coffee is too strong for me.
It's easy to use and set up, don't have any problems with it. The milk frothier i don't use as it makes the milk a hard cream texture so i just add plain milk and microwave it before putting my coffee in. Quick daily coffee fix.

Aldi Expressi = good coffee
I love my Aldi Expressi Machine - even if it is our third one.
The common problem with ours is the handle breaking and the pods getting stuck - yes, I use the original pods for the machine.
We've had it replaced once, the next one lasted until it was out of warranty and the new one seems fine.

Great for a quick coffee
If you are looking to cut down your eating out coffee coasts while still getting that caffeine hit every day i would highly suggest you look into this machine or a similar one, this machine has made me dozens and dozens of coffees and there are so many different flavored pods that you can use for it.
for a casual coffee drinker its a must have.

Easy to Use
Very straightforward to produce a great cup of coffee, great range of capsules, also capsules are very reasonably priced. I heat my milk in the microwave, as I find coffee frother a bit of a nuisance to clean. All in all slim design doesn't take up much room in the kitchen.

Cheap and affordable
The taste of a chai latte from this machine is really nice.
Very easy to use & keep clean.
Pods for this particular machine a relatively cheaper than other brands.
Only downside is that it is never always very hot.. and the actual levels of content always differ and are never the same

My aldi coffee machine suddenly won't wrk. Button switch not coming on. Any suggestions?

If it is less than two years old it has warranty so take it back to store, if you don't have the receipt then call caffitaly .
If it's out of warranty then it's dead. Cost more to repair than new one
Thanks....it looks like new machine coming up.

I have an aldi expressi machine, purchased less than four months ago, the only button that works is the rinse button. I can no longer make a cup of coffee with one press of a button. I have to press the rinse button about five time to get a full cup. Anyone know a fix for this or should I just return?

The idea of these machines is for making lattes or cappuccino which is why it only dispenses a small amount of coffee, I suggest pressing the low button first, then put your pod in and press the button once again.
Absolute rubbish... My origanal machine filled an espresso cup... This thing is pure rubbish
