Excellent capsule machine and cost effective to own
We purchased the Aldi Expressi to replace our broken Espressotoria capsule machine. The ALDI unit really surprised me - it extracts a really good coffee with plenty of flavourful crema. There is a large range of capsules and the flavours are varied and it is possible to taste the difference quite clearly between the different ALDI capsules. The machine heats up very quickly which is nice. The ALDI machine forces you to go through a cleaning cycle after it's been off for a while. Initially this cleaning cycle takes time to get used to but event...Read more
ually we realised this results in a better coffee extraction (and it's also important given the machine can make drinks other than coffee). The capsules are of a high quality and the price is very reasonable compared to competitor offerings (Aldi is 16 capsules for $5.99). The machine is easy to use and easy to clean. Our machine gets a reasonable amount of use - making on average 6 coffees a day. The only improvements I would make to this otherwise excellent machine would be to have a larger water tank. We're very happy with the purchase - and there's no doubt the large range of quality capsules with discernibly varied flavours at a reasonable price has made this our most used coffee machine.Similar opinion? Better than before
The new machine is fantastic, stylish to look at and perfect coffee every time. I had an older model that leaked a bit but this is not a problem with the new one. I had upgraded to a nespresso which broke down in 8 months, so returned to the trusty Aldi machine and could not be happier.

Great value
Just bought the new model after having the previous model for 3 years - didnt think they could have made it so much better for the same money! A few design changes have made it easier to use and hard to live without. Would highly recommend to any coffee addict

Find out how Aldi Expressi Machine 2015 Edition compares to other Capsule / Coffee Pod Machines
Know better, choose better.
Xpressi - Xcellentssi!
Why pay more! When it does the job and coffee you always want!
So easy to use, easy to clean, value for money yet stylish looking!
Works so well, giving you the caffeine you desires... More pods flavour coming soon I hope. But the pods available has enough to choose every taste buds!

My aldi coffee machine suddenly won't wrk. Button switch not coming on. Any suggestions?

If it is less than two years old it has warranty so take it back to store, if you don't have the receipt then call caffitaly .
If it's out of warranty then it's dead. Cost more to repair than new one
Thanks....it looks like new machine coming up.

I have an aldi expressi machine, purchased less than four months ago, the only button that works is the rinse button. I can no longer make a cup of coffee with one press of a button. I have to press the rinse button about five time to get a full cup. Anyone know a fix for this or should I just return?

The idea of these machines is for making lattes or cappuccino which is why it only dispenses a small amount of coffee, I suggest pressing the low button first, then put your pod in and press the button once again.
Absolute rubbish... My origanal machine filled an espresso cup... This thing is pure rubbish

Unfortunately I have to downgrade the review to 1 star. I have had 2 machines break down on me in 4 months. I just returned the second one and now am seeking a different machine. Very disappointing as the coffee was great.
