Reasonable but went wrong after three months. Aldi didn't want to know. Warranty useless.
Dishwasher worked for three months then went wrong, giving out incredibly loud grinding noise that scared us. Contacted Tempo (who do Aldi's servicing in Australia) but technician, who arrived a week later couldn't fix it. Technician even refused point blank, to remove shoes before entering my house due to 'insurance'. Tempo promised a full refund but a week later it still hadn't been actioned, so I phoned Tempo and spoke with Kim, the Supervisor, who promised me faithfully she would personally ensure the refund went through. refund still hasn't been done. Do NOT trust Tempo and, personally I'd never buy white goods from Aldi ever again because their warranty means nothing. Time to get onto credit card company. December 11th 2022 Update: Useless. Then so called 'refund' arranged by Tempo (Aldi's service company) never put through. This dishwasher lasted a few weeks before sounding like it was going to explode. I contacted Tempo who sent service people around but they couldn't fix the fault. Service company then advised me to just keep using the dishwasher despite hearing the cacophony the machine was making! I asked them to put that 'advice' in writing to me. Unsurprisingly they refused to but suddenly Tempo decided to give me a full refund. However, over two weeks later the refund still hasn't arrived in my bank.Tempo state the money's been put into my bank but it definitely hasn't. This is a nightmare. Tempo seem to believe I will simply give up and walk away. MY ADVICE to any Aldi customers is do not purchase any ALDI product unless you are fine with being lied to and robbed. NEVER again will I buy from them.Purchased in August 2021 at ALDI for $299.00.

It only lasted three months before failing
This dishwasher worked well enough at first, although noting special. it then suddenly emitted several startlingly loud buzzing/grinding noises that was so loud it could be heard OUTSIDE the house. We called up the 1300 number and Sterling sent the repairer round. We then had to wait ten days for a new part (soap dispenser) but within two days the noise returned, except much louder. anager and then told me I'd have to bring the dishwasher back for a refund. This despite it coming with a 3 year warranty. I just wanted it fixed as it's a waste of time removing it, returning it and then having to buy another elsewhere as Aldi have no more left. Absolutely NOT impressed and will not buy from Aldi again. Great Aldi Dishwasher that competes high end dishwashers
I am amazed with this dishwasher and what can it do to wash dishes. amazing results and diffidently recommended.
After sales in home warranty is a great addition as well.
Purchased in September 2021 at ALDI for $350.00.

Excellent value
I have no complaints about this excellent machine. It gives a great wash. Has a good and simple selection of cycles, half hour to 3 hours. Excellent wash and quiet.

Stay Away!
Easy installation and I like the layout of the racks however we got a lemon.
It never finished its first wash and was beeping/flashing error code saying there is an internal leak somewhere.
The bottom was flooded. I called Tempo for help as per instructions in the Manual, they weren’t helpful at all. Told me to run another load eventho it’s flooded ?!?!?
I soon realised its stuck on the error code and it wasn’t going to do another load.
So we unplugged it and dragged it back to Aldi store for a full refund

I only ran it once. stuck pools on the bottom doesnt drain? Glass indiccator flickers. Now it only makes a grinding noise does my head in. Anybody have this problem?

It's quite and good value for money
Reasonable features not much fancy one but do the job as others does.if i need any in future i will go this one again.it has three programes heavy intensive and eco.even though rating was not that great it got three star but i will refer to my friendsand family

Very happy with it
After buying a dishwasher from Harvey Norman ( Anniston) brand $1100: we were disappointed with its performance and non drying capability,so we took it back, just could not decide what to get as all brands seem to have there problems even the expensive ones, so after seeing the latest Aldi dishwasher for only $299 with a 3 year in-house warranty, figured if it lasts 3 years or dies ( at least it will fill in the space under the sink)
Well what a surprise, It is simple to use, washes perfectly and it comes out dry ( altho we leave the door ajar after it finishes ) ..more than happy with it, time will tell but at that price

I cannot turn on the menu of options but I could before

I would try pressing play/pause. There are times in the long cycles the machine appears idle but the cycle has not completed. If this is a case of that, pausing will allow you to change options. If that does not work, while paused, power off and restart, and the machine will come to ready as normal. Ensure the detergent compartment is closed before trying to start.
