When an oven element in our Smeg cooker failed we were concerned that it would take some time to repair due to our semi-remote location. AGW responded quickly and had a technician there within a few days. Joe was friendly and efficient and soon had it up and running again.

Customer Service has died this century however it was wonderful to deal with Stella who is customer and product focused. She organised to have my air condition fixed easy and quick and I really appreciate it. AGW is lucky to have her!

We have dealt with this company twice and have been very impressed both times. Joe certainly knows everything about the appliances he works on, arrives on time, takes care not to damage anything and works cleanly. Our 15-year-old stove has been given a new lease on life. After warranty claim for faulty SMEG Dishwasher with The Good Guys Support Concierge the service was allocated to All General Whitegoods. The customer service office was quick to arrange technician Joe to visit my home.
Joe attended to the service and fixed the fault on the same day with no fuss. Joe and front office staff were very professional and pleasant to deal with. They did their best to attend to the service call with minimum delay. Great effort and highly recommend them for you appliance service.

We were having a lot of trouble getting someone to install our new Bosch oven. Everyone we rang were either ridiculously overpriced, couldn't come for a couple of weeks, or said they couldn't do it. All General Whitegoods answered immediately, came the next morning, did a perfect job, cleaned up, and charged the fairest price of them all. And the guys were really friendly and cheerful, and even gave us a lesson in how to use the oven. We will use them again.
