Thanks to PML for a job well done. Phoned on the Monday morning and he was there in the afternoon. As soon as he looked at the Machine he knew what the problem was. Returned with the part 2 days later, price very reasonable. After putting knew part in a slight leak was still there. Called Peter back, he nutted out the problem. No charge. Used the machine the next day, still leaking! Called Peter again, he had another idea. Arrived with silicone gun in hand and found the leak. Again no charge! I really appreciate your time and patience PML. Rare to find a good tradie who knows his craft.

I recently had PML do a repair to my fridge/ freezer and the service from start to finish was exceptional. He came 6p.m. at night as he held up on other jobs and replaced a burnt out part at a very reasonable cost.

I m a very satisfied customer. I had a somebody come out from the supplier of my washing machine $165.00 for call out with 1/2 hour service only to tell me they would have to order part and they would email me a quote still waiting they took my money and ran. I was given P.M.L. number from a mum at school I rang Peter he came out straight away, had the part in his van, fixed it on the spot and my machine is working. Very Friendly knew his work wonderful. I wished I had this number before I contacted the other mob. I WILL BE RECOMMENDING PETER FROM P.M.L APPLIANCE SERVICE TO ALL MY FRIENDS. Disrespectful, attitude . Had to come out 3 times, almost $600 out of pocket
Did not give qoute, or ask if I agreed to let him go ahead
Insisted I had used machine, when I hadnt. Talked ‘over ‘me when Ibtold home truth
After second attempt at repair called him on mobile and was told in no uncertain terms ge didnt do werkends he wouldnt come back till Monday.
Will never call this guy out again, be warned

I have used [name removed] in the past before and referred him to lots of people over the years but got him to do a quote for my mother in law today. He was rude, refused to give any information about the repair that was needed because and what the problem was .. he said “I’m not obliged to give that information as you might go out and do the job yourself and I will miss out on money” he said it was and electrical problem which we already told him that. I am so disappointed that I recommended him and he was so arrogant.

Electrician came into my home with 2 repairs to be done. Was full of attitude the minute he walked in. Disrespected me in my own home, told me to turn down the tv as it was too early (at 9.15am for moderate volume music). Then proceeded to tell me the light on my hotplate was on because it was hot, which had nothing to do with the hot plate NOT actually working.This was incorrect, the light indicates power, not temperature. Didn't even look at the dryer. Have never had such a disgraceful experience with a tradesman. Extremely disappointing.

Had Peter out to look at my washing machine and dryer and he did an absolute first class job. Terrific old school work ethic, great communication, incredibly honest and very reasonable rates.

100% the man to use, would recommend without hesitation to anyone that needs to have work done.

Found PML Appliance Repairer on Google, Called that afternoon. Came out next morning.
Replaced part straight away as he carried a lot of parts with him.
Great service, reasonable pricing, Great sense of humor too .

Arrived right on time & did his very best to get the part required to fix my oven this morning, plus did other minor repairs . Saved me waiting 2 weeks to get a new part from overseas. Very happy, Would definitely recommend
