Always fresh are efficient friendly and get the job done

I use these guys all the time, only a small job for them but they do a great job and the carpet comes up great every time.. Nothing is ever a problem and i will keep using them.

Got bad experience. Rude Employee. I will not use their service in the future. Send complaint letter to their office but no response. Looks cheap but very bad service. DONT USE IT.

I called Always Fresh carpet cleaning to organize a tile and grout clean for my home. The technician arrived on time and the end result was fantastic. I was so happy with the way my tiles turned out that I booked my mums house in as well. I will definitely be using them not only for my tile clean again but my carpets aswell. AAAA+ service and affordable. Very happy customer!!!!

I called up to get my carpets cleaned after my cat had diarrhea all over the carpets and was answered by Blanche who was professional and helpful over the phone. I was then sent Jefferey within a couple of hours who did a great job to remove the stains with an industrial clean and sanitise and disinfect the area which got rid of the smell. I initially thought this was very expensive but after seeing the result I was very happy and it was definitely money well spent. I then called again to book Jefferey for my mattress cleaning and he also did a fantastic job with that. Thank you for your help Always Fresh!! Would definitely recommend.

I cannot thank Always Fresh enough for their fantastic work.. They were out within an hour of our desperate call after a flood issue placing fans throughout the area. They followed up daily checking levels of dampness. Thank you all so much for being so efficient and patient.

I have used Always Fresh twice. The first time was Jan 2016 and the results were amazing and the carpets were spotless. There were 2 technicians, they even vacuumed, and it only took them 20 minutes. The second time, in 2017, a man turned up with an ancient looking machine that looked like a floor 'buffer' used to clean hard floors. He had a spray bottle, and was just running over where he sprayed with the machine. I am pretty sure he just wet the carpets. It took him a total of 10 minutes and the carpets looked the same as before, but wet. Very disappointing since they were so good the first time.

Stay away from this company if you don't want your money spend for nothing, he kept complaining about how bad our carpet is and asked for extra from the money was in the beginning. In the end the carpet looks like nothing had done!!!

We had a 3 seat and 2 seat lounge cleaned by Allan, I would like to thank Allan for the fantastic cleaning job. The lounge looks nearly new again.

Don't Make the Same mistake we have .... Dishonest Scamming Employees with their own personal agendas Cannot Clean Carpets ..... Paid Top Dollar only to get unqualified Carpet Cleaners Damage all the carpets they touched. Then get aggressive and Threatning When you Complain ..... STAY AWAY!!!!! There ARE Licenced Carpet Cleaners out There. Always Fresh Management Threaten their staff to upsell scams. Unhappy Disgruntled workers not caring about the workmanship in your home equals disaster. Check out their revievs 50percent Reviews are Terrible....is that a risk you are willing to take? Stay away from these Cowboys!!!!!!

The service started out well, until the bill of $1000 went to $3778.00, because Sam failed to tell me that the extra services come to $1000 each. Then tries to tell me he told me this in our conversation. I am not an idiot I think i would of remembered an extra charge of $2000. Never Again. and as a Business Owner i am disgusted that people can get away with these things.

Both Blanche and Joe were amazing when they came to my rescue early this week. Not only did Blanche make sure someone came out that afternoon, Joe explained everything to myself and to my landlord so that there would be no disputes. Joe was also extremely helpful in helping me move the furniture back - it only took an extra few minutes, but it was greatly appreciated.
I would highly recommend !
