The cleaning was rushed, "in and out" service. None of the corners were done, 20cm from the walls completely untouched, missed bits here and there, the stairs cleaned only in the middle,
you could clearly see no interest to do it properly.
Very disappointed.
Maybe ok if you moving out, but if you doing it coz you like your carpet clean -definitely do not go for this company.

They send us some guy who tried to get even more money by saying the carpet need better cleaning and it will cost more. When we have denied his push sale project the guy just gave a terrible job. We had booked the 5 rooms package $105 where we have a 2 bedrooms unit. So we thought we are already paying them more for a general clean. they didn't do anything better than a normal vacuum cleaning only my carpet is all wet now. Truly un satisfactory.

I was a bit concerned about the bad reviews, so I contacted the company and asked for a good and reliable technician. They sent out a technician called Jackson who did a wonderful job. He was really friendly, efficient and thorough. He came on time and called ahead as well. I had a kitten who had peed everywhere. After the cleaning and deodoriser, the carpet smells great and looks much better! I would recommend Always Fresh but would advise requesting a good technician as that is what makes the difference!

Did not call 30 mins before they arrived as promised, then did not do the job stating that there was no parking and that the apartment was on the 3rd floor. This was incorrect as the apartment is ground floor and as I had previously advised there is parking available. They also did not call me to tell me this information, I had to call them on 3 separate occasions. Further to this the technician that was supposed to call me did not call me.
Do not use this company.

These guys came to clean and seal my tiled area. After I mopped the floor the first time, the sealant peeled off and my floor was disgusting. They came back and cleaned it all again, then told me that I had the wrong type of tiles for the sealant so they were unable to re-seal. I asked for a refund of the sealant - and just the sealant, I was happy to pay for the tile clean as they had done that and you could see the improvement. They refused, have implied it was my responsibility to know that my tiles were factory pre-sealed, they had no w...

The worst service i have ever faced. Their people have too much of attitude problem. There are tons of better services around who can do better than them for lesser rates.
