Sensational Service from the call to the outstanding job
By chance I called Always Fresh to clean my parents carpets after an accident by a pet. The service from booking to confirmation to calling prior to the job was sensational. So thorough, confirmation email. The gentleman who did the job was thorough, kind, courteous & super professional. Over 30 years experience & a master cleaner in my opinion. Brilliant job - wouldnt hesitate to recommend. 10/10

Flood damage.
This company was immediately upfront with the costs involved in addressing our flooded house. I will say it was very pricey and I hope it never happens again for that very reason. However I couldn't be happier with the end result, which is my new carpet was saved from mold and mildew from the water damage at the time. Matt who attended to the work was honest and forthright and was very upfront with what needed doing. Aside from fixing the problem he also found a potential long term issue in our home. We are greatful to Matt for his excellent service.
You can’t do better than this company
Jackson did a fantastic job on my extremely stained carpet .I have 4 sons, 2 dogs and 2 cats - so it had seen heavy wear . They have been brought up to a standard that I did not think possible. It was also good value for money . Definitely recommend

Thank you Jackson for completing such a great job with our carpets and sofa. He was able to remove a stubborn stain on our sofa and the carpets were expertly cleaned and now look great and smell lovely. I will definitely be using their service again :)

My four dining chairs and a rug were professionally cleaned by Jackson. He worked very hard as there were a lot of old bad stains. I am very happy with the result. They look and smell so much cleaner!
