I have had other carpet cleaning services in the past, some have neglected stains under the leg Of The table, they made sure to get every stain out. I am definitely calling them back in the future!!

. I was considering replacing two rooms' wall to wall carpet....other carpet cleaners have come and did a "so-so" job. The carpets are now "like NEW"...or as close as could be for 13 year old carpeting. My wife and I are ecstatic and will be using them annually to clean our carpets, and tiles in the kitchen and baths. They don't bait and switch, they're honest, knowledgeable and just as important....the price is right. I will definitely be recommending them in the future to friends and family. We are discerning customers and have been quite satisfied on all fronts.

I used this services, the technician looks very lazy to do the job.he didn't move any of the furniture and seems very upset if I moved my furniture to let him do underneath.
His silly comments about the old carpet was very annoying.
Wasn't good experience at all.

Paid 180 for them to do absolutely nothing. This is their 'call out' fee to then tell you that a small portion of a bedroom with water damage will cost 900 to dry. It would cost less to recarpet the room, how ridiculous.

He came on time, did a great job, I just wanted a basic clean, no frills service as I get it done often, he even threw in free sanitisation & fragrance, at a great price!

I paid full price after being advised by the carpet contractor. He was rude and did not do a great job. He left dirty marks up the entire length of my hallway and then blamed wear and tear. I sent photos and still they took no ownership of the marks left by their equipment, trying to pass it off as my fault. I would not recommend this company to anyone after the bad customer service and even worse attitude of the contractor.

I've used other carpet cleaning services before but Always Fresh has the best product and service. Always polite and friendly.
