As always with the Loganholme branch, they went out of their way to fit me into a truck that I required, I have rented from these guys before and have always received great service, cars and trucks have always been clean and tidy, never had any issues upon return of the vehicle, bond was released promptly, all round another good service by Andys at Loganholme, I don’t even bother to shop around anymore because I know that they will go out of their way to accommodate any request.... thanks again for the good service and help.... cheers

I'm a long-time customer for Andy's Auto Rentals (I reckon I've rented with them 30-odd times or more), and usually they are pretty good - I've found them to be quite accommodating and it's tough to beat their price. I have a lot of time for Wayne, and he is who I usually deal with, but he wasn't working today, so had to deal with someone else. There was a small hiccup (their error, not mine) but it was resolved promptly after a quick call to head office, which I was very happy with. It was unprovoked and unnecessary; she seemed genuinely annoyed that the situation had been resolved. I'll never understand that kind of attitude - very ordinary effort. I'll probably still hire through them in future as they are usually really good - it was just a lack of class from one very small individual today, that soured this experience.Great Service Great Price
Pick up and drop off from airport seamless with 5 -10min shuttle to pick up rental vehicle.
Excellent service from Shuttle driver and also after hours drop off and pick up staff.
Pricing was way below competition for slightly older than new vehicle but did job just as well.

Five Star Service
The staff made booking the vehicle so easy with fast and friendly service . Picking up the vehicle was a breeze. Very quick & simple. The vehicle was clean and easy to operate and returning it took only a couple minutes. Overall it was a fantastic experience with excellent customer service right from the start to the finish.
NEVER EVER AGAIN. WORST SERVICE EVER
Rented a 12 seat bus from ANDY's. It only had three quarters of fuel tank which was used up in 268 Klms. Filled up the petrol to have the bus have a massive fuel leak all over the service station floor.
Stranded on the side of the road at MIDNIGHT 70 klms from home. Called for "EMERGENCY ROADSIDE" assistance on their hotline to leave two messages. Two Ubers and two other private vehicles to get home. 5 phone calls, 4 visits to them and emails. ALL IGNORED.
7 days later they refunded the bond to charge me with repairs for a fuel leak on a bus with 100,000 klms on it. Even their own staffed laughed at it. Worst customer service ever. NEVER AGAIN ANDY'S!!
At least someone responds. Why respond to a bad review and not to the multiple phone calls and emails previously. Terrible service still.

Dealt with Tweed Heads Staff / Nicole. Nicole was just fantastic. I was in a bit of a pickle and needed a vehicle and some ideas in the area. She was great. Efficient and professional and a real understanding of my situation. Car was good size and pricing competitive.
One annoying negativity - Did have the tyre pressure gage going off and I did report it to the guy there as soon as I got in the vehicle but he said “she’ll be right, they look ok, might just need resetting”. He did nothing. It was annoying during our trips sounding off all the time sometimes consistently. And not real handy with a special needs child being triggered by the sound .
I would return but I would want the car without fault.

Andy’s rental rates were really good value, car was clean and in good condition, service was friendly and efficient. Will be using them again on our next visit to the GV
Wouldn’t go anywhere else
Work or play Andy’s has always been understanding, while others felt disinterested and far from having any real human comprehension. The staff are good honest people who speak in simple and to the point ways covering helpful details, so you’re never left wondering. This is greatly appreciated by me in my perpetually time-poor life, and they’ve helped me many times.

Wouldn't use them again if I was desperate!
Trucks are old, absolutely filthy, and come with NOTHING (including fuel) that's "extra". Booked and pre-paid to hire a truck for 24hrs from the Miami depot. Went to collect it at 9.30am. NO truck!! Waited until 10..30am for them to sort something out. Finally had a truck brought over from their mechanic's, old, no fuel, and full of cigarette butts! Returned the truck to the depot at 8.30am clean, and with fuel to be told I was "late" according to my "contract" and they would be charging me for another day!! Money grabbing thieves, who use unscrupulous tactics to retain every cent they can!! Save yourself the stress, and the financial loss and use a reputable company!

We arrived with an SUV booked, we picked up the car and after quick inspection found a large split in the slide wall of the front tyre. They changed us over into a Corolla with an empty tank that made our holiday a little more compact with kids. (And smelt like cigaret smoke)
Halfway thought the holiday we then noticed the baby seat we had included with the car had a badly worn seat belt nearly worn half through
They offered no compensation for this or concern. We ended up with $37 refund from
original booking. Very disappointing don’t use, not worth the $10 you save. And not enough attention to safety

The lady on the phone was so rude and abrupt, and seemed very inconvenience to have to even speak to me. Nothing I said was right or received in any kind of professional or polite manner, and she kept deep sighing and had a condescending tone. I was so disturbed by her service that as desperate as I was to hire the vehicle, I decided to go with a dearer company.

Tried to book a vehicle for 2 days, but the pick up time I wanted was not available. Their solution was to offer me an earlier pick up time and charge me for an extra day. The lady on the phone was very abrupt and did not make any attempt to listen or provide any workable solutions. I have hired from this company in the past but I certainly won't be again in the future.
Car full of Dog hair
Hired a prado today. Car is full of dog hairs. They won’t give another car saying all booked out. Car smells. Offered to clean tomorrow 12.00 noon. Very poor customer service

Dodgy company. Took my $200 deposit and canceled my reservation 4 days before my booking arrival. They have not refunded the deposit or returned my emails. Be careful and do not use this company.

Customer service was amazing. I called to hire a moving truck only days before I needed it and Wayne was very helpful and accommodating. He was a pleasure to deal with and explained everything I needed to know. The truck was exactly what we needed to move and was very easy to drive. This was the simplest and easiest car I hired. Car was clean and they walked around with me and recorded damage. (There was none). They took the time to explain all the safety features and how to operate the retractable roof.

When we first arrived at Brisbane Airport and prior to collecting our car we had the most amazing customer service from everyone we dealt with and talked to. So much so I spent my whole holiday spreading the word as to how happy we are with Andy's. The operator was so helpful and gave us all the info and we said we will call back once I had talked to my husband and change the booking then if that's what we decided. We decided to stay as planned for drop off as per our aggred time/contract. I called ahead as the email said to do so when your on your way to return the car rental. This time I was greeted by wayne. I let him know that myself and my father in law were on our way to return the vehicle. At this point Wayne advised me that my booked return wasn't until the Saturday and that I had it wrong. I corrected him and said I'm just following my email confirmation that I was to return the vehicle on the 19th of Feb by 5pm. He became very agitated when I advised him I felt as though I was being spoken to rudely. He told me that was my issue and that he was just very confused and frustrated and not rude. It became worse and worse on the phone. I was put on hold then got hung up on - I actually just think the line may have dropped out buy I'm just not sure after how the rest went. We decided to continue on to the rental returns hoping we wouldn't get Wayne and that we would get someone else. I then received a call back again and Wayne became very aggressive and kept going on about how his colleagues are incompetent and that they should have called him not just changed things. - we didn't change a thing so I'm not sure what that was about. I have my agreement and that clearly stated return on the 19th. I hung up in tears due to the way I was spoken to even after voicing I felt uncomfortable with how the conversation was going. We got to shop and things didn't change. Wayne still kept going on about how I called his colleagues phone - jasmine and someone else answered it and mucked everything up. I then voiced that I just wanted to check out and get out of here and will be putting feedback through as the back of house things aren't my issue. This was a special holiday for myself and my family after celebrating my sister's wedding after covid lock downs restrictions saw her postpone for so long and I really didn't care about Wayne and his disgruntled workplace. I am a customer not someone who needs to know what's going on behind the scene. My father in law came with me as he needed a car to hire for a month while continuing to travel for another month. But safe to say because of the one employee that didn't happen and I certainly wish I didn't recommend you as much as I did my whole trip. We were so frazzled with the way we were treated that we forgot to put fuel in the car on return and the only good thing Wayne let us do was go and fill up the vehicle quickly due to the servo being a minute drive. I didn't dare mention that when we collected the car it wasn't actually full as I was too scared of the reaction I would receive and just wanted the whole experience over then. Can I just say that every single person I spoke to were so so lovely and one person has now wrecked that whole experience. Prior to I dealt mostly with a man with a new Zealand accent and he was lovely. Customers always remember the bad experience and not the good unfortunately.Disgraceful Customer Service
Yesterday my husband booked a hire car over the phone. He took a taxi from Broadbeach to Miami to pick up the car and was told that they can’t hire cars to people over 75 years old!
We were NOT told this over the phone and there was NOTHING in the booking confirmation to advise us of this ruling.
My husband then had to return by taxi.
I have emailed the Manager with my complaint but no reply as yet.
I will definitely take this further.

Wonderful experience, great car and great company.
Looks like some of the issues are no fault of Andy's but the renter.
Had a wonderful experience renting with Andy's during the busy new year period on the Gold Coast. They must have taken the other reviews into consideration because we arrived from Cairns to the Gold Coast Airport and before I could call they had already given me a courtesy call to ask how I was going and that our pick up driver was out side.

Dropped the car back when we were done and were picked up ASAP and taken back to the Airport, no issues. Perfect rental at half the price of the majors!
I can only be complimentary on my dealings with Andy's Car Rentals from beginning to end. Got a nice clean, well maintained Kia, drove to Mooloolaba from Brisbane and return after 6 days, then to caught a flight back to Canberra after being dropped off at Brisbane airport via their shuttle. Every went totally as promised. Dealt with Wayne at the Hendra office who was totally wonderful....and with the wildest sense of humour; thanks Wayne...you are the best! When next in Brisbane, we will absolutely use Andy's again without hesitation.

Rented a truck this morning for the weekend but due to COVID lockdown out of my control I had to cancel my booking. I actually picked up the truck unbeknown about the COVID restrictions. I was only ten minutes down the road and heard the restriction on the radio and promptly returned to the base.
The initial person I dealt with was sympathetic however I explained that I didn’t cancel the services and had brought the truck straight back. The manager was not profession and even stated that I had the truck till 6pm??? So he obviously was aware o

There is no breakdown emergency offered on buses and we would not have been able to do anything at that time of night regardless. I do not really think that its appropriate for you to hold us responsible for something that happened when the vehicle was in your care. We are sorry that it did happen but i believe that its not fair or just to blame us.
