Use a metal garbage bin lid instead it will be non-stick for longer

published

Our set of frying pans lasted about 1.5 years before going downhill fast.At 3 years totally unuseable.
Not worth the money. Buy a bunch of cheap Coles instead and keep replacing them.

Purchased in June 2017 at Myer for $350.

Rubbish. No better than a cheap pan

published

These pans are not non-stick. Impossible to seal a steak without burning the non-stick surface, then it's never the same again. What an absolute waste of money. Don't even bother trying to make an omlette. I am so dissappointed in this purchase. How can they justify the cost?

What a disappointment & waste of hard earned money

published

Got this set years ago and within 6 months the large covered sauté pan bubbled along with one of the other frypans. I used these exactly as per instructions, why wouldn’t you when you invest so much money. Not be replacing with this brand again

Purchased at Myer Retail Stores for $499.

Terrible - didn’t last

published

Got 2 sets.
Within days the surface chipped-we were really careful not to use metal utensils/things that would scratch.
Mothers ones warped so are useless as they won’t sit flat on the element - meaning an uneven cooking surface as the sides of the pan don’t get as hot as the centre

Purchased in January 2017 for $200.

Very disappointing item

published

Paid good money for what I though was top quality. Pan warped whilst under warranty. Was told the do’s and don’ts. Item replaced and new one warped again.

Don’t waste your money on this product.

Lifetime Warranty but really only last 2 years Tops

published

I have had 2 Analon 30CM frypans. I use mine everyday only on medium heat but I can only get 2 years out of them before food sticks like araldite to your skin. Analon suggest not using oil but really who doesnt cook without oil - Really just stoopid to expect people to do that. .

Will never buy Analon again! Rubbish product appalling service

published

I have a wok which has hardly been used. It has lost the "non stick" in just a few years time. I contacted Analon customer service, provided the proof of purchase, photos as they requested but they said that they will be unable to assist. They offered a 25% discount for me to purchase a new product.

I had similar problem with Scanpan, no problem at all they replaced my frypan with a brand new one.

I will never buy Analon again!

Lifetime warranty is not a lifetime warranty

published

I bought an Anolon Advanced Risotto pan and I have loved it ever since I bought it but I have noticed that the surface has started to pit after a few years. I contacted Meyer and they tell me that it is not dishwasher safe and so the lifetime warranty is null and void. How can an 'Advanced' pan not be dishwasher safe. We are in the 21st century aren't we???
