Honesty
Rang a early Saturday morning to book in a service for next week but they were out that same day. Unfortunately the dishwasher had major issues and parts were looking like they were going to be expensive so Scott got in touch with Miele to source the parts as a warranty, faults job although my dishwasher is 7 years old and Miele came to the party and Scott then fixed the dishwasher and now working like new. I appreciate your honesty to go out of your way to do this. Great, friendly service thank you definitely would recommend this company.

Care Specialists in every way!
Scott, the owner promptly came to service our Miele dishwasher when the parent company needed two weeks lead time. He was extremely pleasant, courteous and importantly, his knowledge and attention to detail were faultless. He restored our confidence in the human nature after a few unfortunate mishaps with "experienced" installers and repair personnel. We have total confidence in recommending this company for your next service call where you can be assured in the quality of their workmanship.

Professional service
After am initial misunderstanding about the day that the service was scheduled for, which resulting in my complaining, I received an immediate call of apology and confirmation of a rescheduled appointment for later that same day. All fees were also clearly communicated.
The eventual service experience was fantastic. I received a text on Tuesday afternoon notifying me that “the technician was on the way", then a few minutes later a call from the technician advising he would be arriving in about 15 minutes.

Although I was advised that the motherboard of the dryer has given up (and this model I am aware was never available in Australia) - he advised that Appliance Care are excellent in sourcing parts - and they would be happy to provide a quotation for repair should they be able to source the parts. He also on my request checked the condition of the drum thus enabling me to make a sound decision of whether or not to repair. I have decided to rather replace but feel the advice empowered me to make the correct decision.Thank you for your kind review. Scammers, overpriced, terrible service, no care about the customer. Do not use this company!!
Overseas call centre, not Australian. They won't return calls, call out fees and labour fees are excessive, 12 days without a working fridge and when they finally scheduled a time to fit the part they had ordered, and I had paid for, and they said has arrived, rang me on the day to say they didn't have the part! I took a day off work to be there for nothing!
I ended up having to call out Fysher & Pykel to repair the shoddy workmanship of their repair. The Fysher & Pykel technician told me he could have supplied me the same part that Appliance Care Specialist supplied for less than half the price they charged me! And they didn't even install it correctly!!

I wish I had read these reviews first, it seems that the service fee from Appliance Care Services is excessive and designed to take advantage of the consumer. I was charged $165 for 5mins. I was then told by the service guy that he did not have the part to complete the job, so would have to return with the part, at which time I would be charged another service fee of $50 - so just to repair something basic was $215 + parts which I was told were another $190, so we are already up to $405 - enough to replace the washing machine, which I did. I am not sure what the part were, but you would have only been charged labour if the fitting took more than the extra 20 minutes you had left from the 30 minutes. It would seem that if $405 would instigate you purchase a new machine then a possible $355 would more than likely have had the same outcome.That is the point - there was no labour and I was still charged for it. It was a 5 min conversation. Which is why I have pointed out to other consumers that your business model is unfair to consumers and they should not use your service.

Bad is just an under statement
A technician came after we called the previous day. This supposed "expert" Checked our machine for 10 minutes only to point a very obvious fact about the issue (which we pointed out to him).
He told us he has to order the item from supplier and also insisted to pay the "call-in" fee which is $165.00, then he promised to be able to come and do the fixing after Monday, and we only need to pay $75.

In reference to the 10+ phone calls you are claiming you made to the technician, is there a reason you did not call the office (phone number on the invoice)? As for cancelling the job, that is your god giver right to do so, however we have already been to your house at your request to inspect your machine and as such we still have to pay our technicians. If you had a motor mechanic pull your engine apart to find out what was wrong with it and decided not to fix it, he would still charge for his time.Scammers
Do not use this company - they just scam you for your service fee call out. The technician comes out and has no clue what the issue is, doesn't know model type. Takes photos and tells you they will email you the cost. You wait a month to get a quote by text message which just says an amount. The number you call just goes to voice mail. Make sure you do a disputed transaction with your back for the service fee so these scammers don't get their money.

Do not repair and take your money
The technician didnt repair the issue with a Miele dishwasher and was paid the service call out fee. Very poor customer service from the head office thereafter. I do not recommend this group even though they come out on a weekend. They do not fix anything and retain the service fee.

Bad experience
Your tech came and charged me $265 without doing any repair giving me the assurance that the inspection cost will be set off against the repair and now I have sent two text messages and absolutely no response. Please call asap.

Appliance Care Specialists were quite helpful in booking a call out on a long weekend, but that is where the service stopped. I paid $165 gst inclusive for the pleasure of being told my washing machine was not spinning - which I knew. What gets me the most is the promise on the website are lies and when calling the office to complain the only comment was, 'well I close your call' -

Complete rip off - Samsung Washer repair
Appliance Care Specialists were very helpful booking the original appointment and they confirmed the day of the call out and fee via SMS. Very helpful. They asked me what the issue was and I told them that the motor was running and the water was draining correctly – but it wasn’t spinning. This would mean that the belt would more than likely be the issue. I gave them the make and model number of the machine, and they said they would be able to fix it.

He told me that the only way to access the belt was from the bottom and that it would take 30 mins or more to get the new belt installed which would incur a $75 per half hour additional labour charge. The call out fee - $165 (which I agreed to on the phone) – but nothing was completed as he didn’t have the correct belt. He told me that the company would get back to me. They eventually sent me a quote 3 days later for $79 (parts). Funnily no mention in the quote of the additional labour costs that I was advised of by the technician. . I called them back a day or two later (work commitments) and I had to leave a message. As my dirty clothes were piling up and I hadn’t heard anything back except the SMS quote - I decided to call another company. They were also very helpful and were out same day (within hours) and easily fixed the machine within 5 mins. (The belt was easily accessible from the top) - they even put the screws in the bottom left off from the previous guy. They charged me $150 including parts. FYI - I have also reviewed them. Footnote – the company has emailed me to ask me to take down this review. I agreed with them that it was misleading that I originally stated “another call out fee” when I meant “additional labour charges”. I have corrected that. The review however remains mostly the same. In addition for my original post I would like to add that in my opinion: When I made the booking, I clearly stated what the issue was, and gave them the model number of my machine. Look, I had some challenges with my booking initially, but this company is not a scam as some assert here. I highlighted my issues with the NSW management team who professionally addressed and resolved my issues within minutes of contact. The tech was polite, on time and proficient on the day of repair; in under 30-mins (28'32" to be precise) he had installed the new parts and repaired my oven. Thank you.
After a good start, Rocky waiting, all came good.
The booking process was fantastic, [name removed] the technician who came out was lovely. Suggested I don't bother repairing the dishwasher, but the Oven had a lot of work needed. He said someone would call in the next day. 2 weeks later, I did have to chase them up. The parts eventually arrived and the technician came in on easter Monday to finish the job.
Coffee machine repair
After 3 times rescheduleing my appointment they finally come out to fix my coffee machine the techian had no clue he said he had to take it over night . That was week before Xmas he said he hav eit back before Xmas . It's now nearly April . Ridiculous please contact me asap

We booked a repair appointment for our Bosch dishwasher because this company advertised themselves as authorised Bosch repairers. If i could leave a minus stars i would!!!!
This mob are simply pathetic. They send an automated response to your initial inquiry which outlines how fantastic they are but ZERO follow up. After initial (automated) email i followed up with a reply a few days later asking if they were interested in doing the job. I received an email back asking me to provide an address and they would book it in. Two weeks later i have heard nothing. End result you have just wasted two weeks of your time.

Terrible service!
2.5 weeks have past and I have paid for a man to stand at my kitchen bench and do nothing. Was told they ordered a part but after phoning at least 5 times it turned out they hadn't. I am still waiting for a call back and have followed up every day since. Worst service ever!

Not worth calling them to fix anything!
This is definitely a call out scam outfit. They don't fix anything but they do get their $165.00 call out fee. Then wouldn't you know it they can't get the parts to fix your appliance because they have been discontinued.
So you pay $165 for absolutely nothing. Wish I had read these reviews before calling them.

This company does not know how to fix the simplest of appliances. BE WARNED: they will "threaten" you with a lawsuit for writing a bad review which is pathetically hilarious. Don't be afraid of their cowardly threats.
After an issue with this "company", they finally returned our appliance claiming that they fixed it only for the problem to be multitudes worse. They will take their sweet time to "help" you and there is nothing you can do about it because they DO NOT care about their customers AT ALL.

The guys in the call centre are fine but all they do is recommend YOU CALL and chase up the Service Manager who never answers the phone, it just goes to voicemail. Had serviceman Ben come today to look at my Miele dryer and fridge was excellent in knowledge of diagnosis and very quick and professional in rectifying in a timely manner saving us thousands as another company informed us our issues could not be fixed but he did it all so well and now all our issues are resolved thank you for the great service and would definitely use again if needed
