Excellent fast service and great delivery experience
My wife ordered an LG fridge on Wednesday which was delivered the next day by noon. I was amazed! The price was unbeatable, including free shipping and installation (plus free removal of old appliance if we had one). At first we were worried that the fridge is big for our entrance door and carrying it through the hallway might scratch our new floor, but the delivery team was very professional, careful, and super friendly. We had a great experience and will buy many more from Appliance Central.

Spent over $3000.00 on a tv that arrived with the screen broken. They refused initially to refund or replace. They now have picked up the tv and promised to refund immediately still waiting after 2 weeks nothing! Stay away from these criminals.

I ignored the negative reviews and thought, how bad can it be?? Oh man!!! I assure you, the couple of hundred dollars you'll save buying here, you'll lose in heartache, headache and time.
They called in the morning, to say my delivery was due in the afternoon and that the courier would call half an hour prior to delivery. He called at 11:32am and said he'd be at my place in 15 mins. When I told him I needed the half an hour they advised me of, he said he was too busy to wait 15 mins and that he'd deliver it the next morning between 9-9:30am. No

Absolutely horrible customer service
They will tell you online that they have the stock, fulfill the order and then not actually have the stock and require to order it in. Then during these times there are delays so i've wasted 2 weeks with these seller just because I believed into their website.

Fraudulent company
I bought 2 of lg A/c split units from APPLIANCES CENTRAL through ebay on
16 sept 2020, when my technicians opened the boxes to install the units, one of the unit is damaged badly, indoor and out door units, both, since then i have been in constant contact with appliances central and no one know what is going on after a week of a conversation, and now after everything i am notified that i need to contact lg my self, why was i not told this the first time i reported the fault.
Just to say one thing dont buy from APPLIANCES CENTRAL. But from your local shop in your area, as doing this will not be stress free after you purchase. "Murphy's law applied."
What a shameless company
Item price reduced in less than 12 hours after placing order when asked for the price difference refund, they stopped responding. Even before the item was dispatched I tried to contact them but they won't respond to my emails. Now it's afterhours so will call them again tomorrow to see if they finally answer but just noelw recieved a notification that item was already sent.
Such a hopeless company. Won't deal with them ever again.
Selling stock they don't even have
I have been looking for a stand mixer for a gift, I found two Breville models that I liked the sounds of, and these guys were $50-$100 cheaper than anywhere else, not to mention that almost everywhere I looked (online) listed these two models as being out of stock.
I purchased the dearer of the two, but then came across the company reviews and started to worry.
I called them the following day and was told that Breville have had these items on back order for some time and they don't know when they'll be back in stock. The customer sales agent said he'd contact Breville and get back to me within the hour.
2.5 hours later i had to call them back only to be told that the dont know if / when they'll get them, so i had to ask for a refund.

Ordered a 65in LG TV from Appliance Central Sydney, I am in Qld but the supply and delivery was carried out in extremly fast time, faster than expected. However the good side ended there, the TV was delivered without all the components including the remote. This TV has no manual control so useless without a remote. After four days of phone calls to their customer service nothing was going to happen, absolutely frustrating, luckily I found their suppliers, LG's customer service phone number. One call and before the call was finished the remote was being prepared to ship and three days later it was in our hands. A shame they spoilt what started out so good.

I ordered an LG vacuum and after a couple of days i got the email that we can not supply the item because some error in the stock levels. I replied to the email insisting that i need the vacuum or provide me some replacement. No one bothered replying to my message and after 3 days of that email i asked them about status of my order cancellation. Within half an hour i got the reply that they will process my refund now. And reason for the refund was "Buyer asked for order cancellation" which i never did. So they actually held my refund till i asked them about it and then they said that i asked for the refund so that's why we are cancelling the order. Will never recommend or order from them again.
They are dishonest, untrustworthy, irresponsible and they don't care about their customer injury and loss caused by them
I ordered 3 x airconditioning units from Appliance Central eBay store and the delivery guy came around 4:30-5:00 pm on Saturday (30th May 2020) but he parked his truck outside of my house driveway, which is around 40-50m away from my house entrance door and asked me to put down 6 x heavy boxes from his truck. They were heavy and I couldn't understand why he asked me to do it, because it is his job. Anyway, I just did it by myself. After that, he asked me to sign on delivery docket papers so I did and waited for him to carry and move 6 x boxes b

It happened so quickly and I didn't expect it so didn't have a chance to stop him. It was getting dark so I didn't have any other choice but carried and moved them into my house. My house is located on the hill so it was physically difficult for me to carry them without a trolley. During the process, I hurt my back somehow. So I straight away wrote down what happened to Appliance Central and clearly mentioned that I hurt myself and had back pain. The pain was getting worse and even I couldn't sit on the toilet seat, couldn't sleep and couldn't walk. The worst pain lasted two days. On next day, I got the reply from Appliance Central and the staff named David said that "make sure this never happens again as this really reflects poorly on us". I couldn't believe it. I was in a big pain but he was only worried about his company reputation. He even didn't ask about my pain at all! I was so upset because of his reply but couldn't sit down on a chair so couldn't reply him back. On next day, I still have pain but was able to sit, stand and even walk slowly. So I went to see my GP and he prescribed some medicines, a letter to my physio and medical certificate. After getting back home, I wrote down to them again and explained what happened, why I was upset and how it affected me. But again their reply was soooo poor and this time, another staff named Peter was busy trying to shift the responsibility to the delivery company and even me saying "We wished that you had contacted us at the time so we can contact the courier and get the driver to come back and bring the units to your door." As I mentioned in the above, it happened around 5:00 pm on Saturday and around that time it was already getting dark in Brisbane. Also, there is NO contact number in their eBay ad. I already tried to contact them by phone but when I pressed "contact us" link in their eBay ad, it just showed the message writing column only. Then how could I contact them by phone? They don't have any genuine intention to rectify the issue which was caused by the delivery company that Appliance Central hired. It is clearly Appliance Central responsibility. I paid $210.00 to Appliance Central for the delivery, not to the delivery company. I clearly explained to them that why it is the "Incomplete Delivery", about the injury and about my economic loss (I couldn't go to work a whole week so far and it is my GP and physio's advice not to go to work or not to drive a car). Appliance Central didn't show any genuine intention to compensate for it. Also, somehow they deleted my negative feedback on their eBay review! How could do they do that without my acknowledgement or my approval? They are dishonest and untrustworthy! Their 100% positive feedback on eBay is wrong and lie. I tried to contact eBay regarding this issue but because of Coronavirus, eBay call centre wasn't available. I will continue to try to contact eBay and report it and I will explain the whole story to them in order to rectify the issue. I will never ever deal with Appliance Central again and will not stop until I receive the right indemnification!!!!Excellent Service
I ordered a Rinnai Avenger 25 gas heater at 9.45 AM on Friday March 13th, it was despatched same day and I received confirmation of despatch and a tracking number. The item was delivered on Monday March 16th at approximately 9.45 AM.
Shortly after placing the order I sent an e-mail clarifying the colour of the item, I received a prompt reply and the item was received exactly as described.
Prompt response to my e-mail, prompt despatch, prompt delivery and the item was as described, can't expect any better than that. Well done Appliance Central.

Good customer service, but small problem with damaged delivery
Purchased new TV and I stuffed up the ordering process, however the staff were very helpful and fixed the mess I'd made - much appreciated. Only small problem is that when delivered I noticed a small hole in cardboard packaging and when I opened the box found the hole went entirely through the packaging and put a very small dent on the television screen/face. The TV seems to operate fine so hope is only superficial. Apart from that I would give 5 stars.

Damage on the product
Purchased A Panasonic Air Conditioner with a good price, and delivered fairly quickly. Call an electrician to install the unit. As usual hime start by working on the indoor unit, and everything was great. When he start unboxing the outdoor unit, we notice a big dent/deformation on 2 top corners. We have no choice but to continue installation since we will have to pay the electrician with some call-out fee and half-finished-work if we cancel it, and that loss will be ours.

Our old LG dishwasher bit the dust on a Saturday ...
.surfed the internet as we all do nowadays and found myself back at Appliance Central....yes back at ... because I have bought numerous appliances from here. The model we decided upon was in stock and Sunday afternoon the new unit was installed and the wife was happy. The decision to buy from the guys was simple, first past experience, second price for the item, thirdly the extra insurance available, fourthly availability..... fifth...quick and simple transaction.

Ordered the Brand new Hisense 2022 R7 series, opened the box & lo and behold - Missing Remote control/batteries, No User Manual, No warranty sheet, 2 legs with missing screws.
Still skeptical if this TV is really Brand new, could be ex-display as sellers will never admit. some are very good in repacking products to its original condition. Seller claims it is Brand New and blames packer in China factory probably forgot to include the accessories. Coincidence or not seems like a regular occurrence at appliance Central with missing remotes and accessories in their "Brand new" TV's and blames stupid workers in China factory.

Stay Away!!
Terrible customer service and experience with this seller, would not use again! We purchased a TV and the picture was terrible, it gave my wife and I headaches and sore eyes are using for 30 mins. The seller requested we pay $400 to take the TV back, what a joke. Their attempt to get some money out of us and avoiding customer laws in Australia. Thankfully the eBay team stepped in and I was provided a full refund after they saw our case.

Bought a TV on their eBay store, 2 days later they called saying this TV is out of stock, offered ex-display, asked me if I would consider other brands. I decided to cancel that order. Overall they were trying to resolve this issue, however there was not one single sorry has been said, no apologies. Not comfortable.

After sending several online request forms, pre sale and post sale, nil response. Also the transport company they use, Hunter Express, are beyond awful. Wait for a deal at a big name retailer. Giving online buying a bad name.

Incredible Prices and Speedy Dispatch
I purchased a QLED 75” brand new TV and at an unbeatable price thanks to the Boxing Day sales. I had many queries regarding my product and it’s wherabouts so I must credit their effective communication skills.
They used Hunter Express to deliver the TV interstate (NSW to Victoria) and I received the TV in excellent condition and I trust the courier they used took extra measures to ensure they looked after the TV.
I am one happy customer and look forward to making future purchases for white goods in the near future.
Do not know the meaning of customer service
Never informed me goods were out of stock two weeks after still no word so emailed them I wanted to cancel as Harvey Norman had the rice cooker available and purchased from them but still no refund will not shop with them again.
The staff is wonderful
I went in to Appliance Central looking for a glass to put in my fridge. Coleman and the other staff members where extremely helpful. I have purchased items before n was very satisfied. The dog is also very friendly so it makes the visit very pleasant. I would recommend this store in Jackson Tn for all your appliance needs.
Delivery Disaster!
I ordered a TV from this company 2 weeks ago. It was meant to be delivered to my home a week ago, I had paid for this service. I received a call from their outsourced delivery company Hunter Express to say the TV had been delivered to their depot centre and was ready for me to pick it up - definitely not the service I had paid for! Upon contacting Appliance Central to attempt the redelivery they emailed Hunter Express to give me a call back to organise this redelivery which still hasnt occurred. I have even tried calling Hunter Express directly

Why am I the one organising correct delivery when I have paid for this service and I am left without a product for over a week now and it has been sitting there in the depot the whole time?? Absolutely unprofessional and bad customer service as they say they will call me back and not once has this occurred. I would not recommend buying from this rubbish company to anyone unless they want a headache over a completely simple service that other companies like Kogan don't struggle with.Won't buy from them again
Paid the item but it was not posted even after 10 days later. This is not in line with their advertised handling and posting 1-2 business days after full payment was made. The purchased item is meant to be a birthday gift and will be meaningless if received late. Request to cancel item but no response from the seller.
Contact Ebay for assistance and eventually the order was cancelled and refund made via Paypal. I won’t be buying from them again.

I won't ever use this site again. Utterly unprofessional customer service had me doing the legwork for them trying to find my washing machine which should have arrived weeks ago. A lot of the positive reviews look like they've been written by the same person. That, combined with the dodgy guy that answers the phone here makes me certain this is some shyster ripoff reselling outfit. Never again.
Terrible Company
I purchased a TV through their website. The dispatch time is 1-2 business days. 4 Days passed, no dispatch email. I rang the company, mediocre customer service. They said "We're waiting for stock". When i purchased the TV, it said "In Stock". He said "We will contact you early next week when new stock arrives, you will be the first to know". I waited until Wednesday. No Call, no emails. I contacted them, he said "It has Been Dispatched Yesterday. I said i didn't receive any emails?. He gave me the consignment number, and within 5 minutes after the call, i received my email, saying the item has been sent. They obviously forgot to send me the dispatch email.

Appliance central's deceptive sales tactics
On Monday, 7 May 2018 my 94 year old mother phoned me and told me that her heater had broken and, because there was a very cold snap predicted for the following weekend, she asked if I could buy her another heater similar to the one she already had.
So, on the Monday night I went online and found a Kambrook heater very similar in appearance and specification to her existing one at Appliance Central (AC). Their advertisement stated specifically hat the item was 'IN STOCK'. The ad also stated that the item would be dispatched the following wor
... Read moreking day (Tuesday) and be delivered to the stated address (Collaroy, in Sydney) within 1 to 3 days pf being despatched. Therefore, the item should have been delivered by Friday, at the latest. As my mother hadn't heard back from AC by Thursday regarding the delivery, I emailed AC and they informed me that they had to specially order the heater from the manufacturer, Kambrook, and that they would check with Kambrook and let me know when delivery was expected. AT this point, I should stress that AC did not mention AT ALL that the item was a Special Order, unlike the Good Guys, who specifically disclosed this in their website advert, In fact, this is the reason why I elected to buy the heater from AC, and not the Good Guys, as I thought that by placing a special order, this would result in a delay in delivery. As I still hadn't heard back from AC by midday Friday, I started to get suspicious about AC’s failure to contact me with delivery details. I therefore phoned Kambrook directly and after explaining the situation, they informed me that the heater mode lI had ordered from AC was OUT of STOCK and that they were not expecting any more stock soon. I then looked at AC's website and saw that the heater I had ordered was still shown as being IN STOCK. Therefore, armed with the information I had obtained from Kambrook, I phoned AC who told me that they had actually run out of stock of that model heater THE WEEK BEFORE. I then asked why, on the Monday night when I placed my order they were purporting to have stock which would be delivered by the following Friday at the latest and, also, why they had made no mention that the heater was a special order. Further, I asked them why, given that they knew on the Monday that they had no stock, why were they still running the identical advertisement on the Friday. Their answer was simply that they had forgotten to change the web page to indicate that the item was out of stock. As AC is part of the major Betta Electrical group which has hundreds of stores throughout Australia, it seems ludicrous that an organisation with sophisticated automated ordering systems would not have detected that the heater I ordered was out of stock and that AC's website would not have changed to indicate nil stock of the heater.Such fantastic service, will definitely purchase from Appliance Central again.

Rang the company and was told it would be sorted and the item purchased would be sent out and the other item picked up.
No Item arrived as promised, Emails are completely ignored.
No refund of difference in price.
Have since made a dispute with Paypal and contacted the ACCC.
Waiting to hear back from both parties as have given up on Appliance Central.

Amazing TV for amazing price!
I purchased Hisense 55 inch Series 7 at the lowest price I could see on the web. Delivery was ready the next day (!), and the customer service phone line was friendly, helpful and responsive. The TV arrived and is incredible. I didn't realise how far TVs had come since 2005 when I bought our existing LG Plasma.....
