My favourite Bookstore
I'm sure there are bigger and more impressive bookstores in the world, but Ariel Books in Paddington in Sydney is yet to let me down. On four ocassions I have entered looking for a present for a friend or love interest, and each time through the help of staff or simply through their superb collection of literature, I have left with a winning option in hand.
Of particular note is their fashion, art and photogrpahy sections, where beautiful books on Richard Avedon or David LaChapelle can be browsed prior to purchase. It's the perfect venue to kill time or to hunt for a wee treat for yourself or someone else.
It's cute, affordable, has great stock and is in a prime location
They don't serve coffee!
