I purchased a product almost a month ago and the payment is successful and transaction is settled. But, the product hasn't been shipped yet and according to their website they say it's 'ON HOLD'. I contact them via email and they replied me once saying they need to verify with the bank and ask me to provide a copy of credit card. After I sent them the information, no more reply since then, and nothing changed. Seriously, took a month and still can't verify? But the money already transferred to them! Very disappointed!
