Perfect Multilens glasses, I rang several times for advice and guidance as to prescription and measurements, got all the advice I needed. I gave them perfectly accurate information, AusSpects gave me perfectly accurate glasses.
Best service and Multies I have had in years. Loads of information on their web pages, also reccommendations and warnings regarding certain types of lens and frames, be guided by these reccommendations, they are there for a reason. You will get what you order, so take care with the information you give up.

Just to let you all know, I received my glasses and have to say this is the first time ever that i have been able to put them on with no problems or going back for adjustments, they are great, thank you sooooo much, I will be back to order some for my wife

I have purchased my last 2 pair of glasses from this company and both time they were delivered in a timely manner and was the correct pair. I have also gotten glass for my wife from here .

Purchased rimless glasses and within months the star cracked around the tint bolts. Half way through the 12 months warranty I phoned and was given the run around. Given lectures and examples of other persons complaining I was astounded at the attitude. I paid extra for the stronger lens as well but was told it was all my fault and that if I pay postage they will glue the glasses with lock tight.
I was advised by an optometrist that the lens was of poor quality. Another older pair purchased from a reputable optom are still going strong. No cracks. Not happy. Cheap product. They would not help me instead they deleted my account.

As a consummate grumpy old man, I'm very difficult to please. However, Jan and the crew at Ausspecs are just excellent the way look after their customers and get the order to you in the quickest time available.

I've just received my new specs and they are brilliant. I still don't know why anyone would be dumb enough to go to one of these shop-front mobs and pay close to four hundred dollars for something Ausspecs are doing for around $145! I really don't get that.

I have bought my glasses from Ausspecs on a number of occasions, and not only are they way cheaper - I have never had glasses that look so good on me (thanks to their try-on tool) or that fit so perfectly. I have a strong prescription, and my Ausspecs glasses always give me great vision, both for single vision, as well as the progressives I now use.

Delivered to my door exactly 14 days after order placed and perfect in every way. Price approximately one third of quote from OPSM. Why would you buy anywhere else?

Glasses arrived in 2 weeks and 1 day (to Sydney). The quality was top notch, with only the nose pieces needing slight adjustments. The frame is nice and solid, and the screws don't look they'll be coming out in a while. Very nice! Thank you! Definitely will be back for more!

It may be an internet company but the professionalism you get, the follow up on questions you may have and their responses is well above and beyond the expectation you would have with the "normal brirk and mortar shop".
