As a member for a number of years, I often tell friends about the benefits of banking with what is now Bank First. I am a regular user of the phone banking facility. The bank have been my financial advisors for the last 15+ years. I rarely visit in person. Yesterday I needed help with reloading my Cash Passport and the system has changed since the last time I did this. Deb was the lady who came to my rescue. She went above and beyond the already fabulous level of customer service I am used to from my bank. She confirmed once again why I am a happy Bank First customer.
