Excellent manner and very helpful. I needed help transferring money to super and the fellow gave clear easy to understand instructions. He had no accent!

Bank First has always given us great service and we thoroughly recommend it to potential customers. We have taken out personal loans, a mortgage and several investment loans - they always have the best rates and are much more friendly than other banks. House, contents and travel insurance are cheaper than with other providers. We've encouraged our children (now adults) to join as well. We can't recommend them highly enough!

Great service, always so helpful and prepared to spend time taking your calls and sorting out the little things and big things! It’s how banking used to be and I love it.

I found Jodie at Bank First Insurance section very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I will use this service in the future and would recommend them any time.

My late husband did all our banking so I had no knowledge of how to even access my account on line. Zan walked me through every single step to enable me to access my account and carry out transactions. I have very rudimentary, developing technology skills so required support to navigate to the website and then within the site and then within my account to transfer an amount. This was a slow and painstaking process for me and probably for Zan. He always encouraged me, was always patient and explained things clearly. I have acquired new skills not just to manage my own account but that I can transfer to other situations. He was a great teacher!!

Every time I contact Staff at the organisation they respond straight away to my requests. They absolutely know who the customer is! Phones are answered promptly, staff have excellent interpersonal skills and concerns are dealt with there and then. Great organisation.

Beginning its life as a credit union especially for teachers and their families, Bank First has gone from strength to strength as a financial institution that is there for its members, now its clients. Nothing seems to be too difficult for this bank and I have always met with knowledgeable staff, on the phone or "over the counter", who do their utmost to be helpful and to make some of the more complex things, such as mortgage organisation, seem like a breeze. Loan and investment rates are fair and I know that my money is being well looked after. I'd be lost without Bank First!

I was very impressed by her patient working through the problem of activating a new Multi currency Cash Passport card for me. There were many problems and the connection with the Cash Passport Support Team was not very helpful necessitating many patient calls by Bank First for assistance.
I was very mindful of the time it took her and was very thankful for her persistence and attention to detail in solving the problem.
I have been banking with you for 45 years and NEVER have difficulties! And today just confirmed for me why my Family and I bank with you. You are always at the end of the phone or very supportive and welcoming when I need customer support in your office.

Being very concerned that I was unable to withdraw money using my credit card at 3 different bank outlets at the weekend, a on my purse, I contacted Bank First. After listening to the menu, and hitting 6, the phone was answered by David, who was so helpful . I was cross, he was patient and soothed my anxieties. The following day, James likewise, suggested I use Express post, the fine had been cancelled, and delivery in 3 to 5 days. To my joy the card was delivered Wednesday, I activated it successsfully on Thursday.
So thank you Bank First, my Bank for many years.

As I had difficulty using my new S6 card and also had some confusion with my debit/savings card I called in at the Hawthorn East office. An adviser from an office adjacent to front reception had me sorted in no time. Further, my confusion was erased. I was very pleased that my matters could be resolved with the minimum of fuss.

Outstanding service! Very prompt, took time to explain things and was able to communicate via email when not able to take phone calls. Knew the product well, confident in services and options that he could offer me. Also big bonus with no wait times for phone calls!

Bank first continue to deliver outstanding service! Minimal wait times to talk to someone and very individualised service as well. They take time to explain things and are quick to approve new accounts and loans. I highly recommend!!
