Happy with service provided! Paper and ink used are good quality and turnover time is very quick. Email correspondence is also fairly fast! Possibly the cheapest printing service i've come across so far.

After agreeing to have a delivery done through Bell Print everything went downhill from there. You can never speak to the same person, there are no email threads to follow unless you put them together yourself, each of the variety of email correspondences don't speak to each other, they agree to a time line, then change it without correspondence. When pulled up on the timeline change and the fact that it wasn't agreed to, nor would it meet our business needs they just said they'd look into it, they said they had fixed the problem but were unable to prove delivery when family contacts hadn't received the flyer, and to top it off they said they would look at it over the coming three day! Absolutely appalling customer service Stay well clear!

Stay away from this company. This company failed to deliver the product and I have to ask Consumer Affairs to step in. They don't deserve any stars. A very difficult company to deal with and does not honour their words. Staffs are poorly trained. I am taking this company to VCAT for compensation as my business is losing money because they are unable to fulfil the product.

Bell Printing recently printed 1000 flyers for me. They were great to deal with, answering all my questions, fixed my artwork and kept me updated on when I could expect their arrival. I had them sent to the conference organizer and he exclaimed that they were amazing... yay!
I will definitely print with them again when the need arises.
