Poor customer service - poor product
I have now paid for two boxes and received none. I contacted customer service and after a couple of days was told the first one was now despatched. I contacted again for a tracking number - a few days later I received a response that they would get back to me. A couple days later I emailed again to ask. Finally two days later I received an email with an invalid tracking number. Once again here is a company that doesn't care about looking after its customers.

umber. Please discuss this with Mariane to prioritise the replacement April box. I will await her speedy response.I just discovered my April box has finally been received by Australia post today. 13th May. I was informed it would be sent on an email on the 3rd may. It has also been sent Regular mail. Here's hoping I received my May box before July!!!

Disappointed, would never recommend or purchase again!
My partners bellabox was a joke, with his subscription he has received the same ordinary box over his two quarters. The limited edition father's day box I also purchased for him last year came again in his next regular bellabox, ripped off!!

I get super excited when my bellabox arrives! It’s always fun receiving new products to test out!
Has a really nice box that the products come in, as well as a card with all the full retail info! It has a Great range of good quality products!

Total waste of money
I started with a coupon, first box came straight away no problems. They took my money for February never received my box, sent numerous email to ask what had happened. Finally got what was called replacement box. Was nothing like what was in the Feb box. Took my money for march NEVER received my box. Sent email only to be told it was sent and they would send another and i would hace to pay for postage. Not happy, customer service is terrible only can contact by email, no phone no to call. Would NEVER RECOMMEND this company to anyone. I have taken it further to consumer affairs, the boxes are not worth the membership. You can go to your local shops a get the sample packs for $2.00

Prompt service, fabulous products
I couldn't be happier with the bellabox subscription. The products are varied and unique and not just repeats of things you would purchase all the time.
When I made contact for a delivery query, the response was fast and addressed my query. Couldn't have asked for more. have recommended Bellabox to all my friends!

After finding out my parcel was stolen from my letter box, the staff were very understanding about the situation and were happy to send out another for me. All boxes that have been sent were on time and full of awesome little goodies which I will be delighted to purchase in full size. I recommend highly if you are wanting to try before you buy on well known products chosen to suit your preferences. Thanks heaps guy's =)

Dealing with their customer service is like dealing with Telstra
3 month Groupon subscription for my flatmate. I left it 1 day too late to cancel, and emailed immediately at 12am to rectify my mistake. It took 10 emails (response time varies from 4 days to a week), and a PayPal case, over the course of 3 weeks, to finally receive a refund - something that could have been fixed easily, as the box had not been sent, and it was not tailored to me. Although, reading other reviews, the boxes don't seem to be tailored to anyone.

Its alright
I subscribed for the 3 month gift box. It was fun getting the box delivered each month (jan, feb, mar) and i did get a nice lipstick, an eyeshadow, a mascara and an eyebrow cream. I also received face wipes in every single box and a lot of Palmolive samples. I wouldn't buy this again as I think it could be better and it isnt exactly suited to me but I am not unhappy with what I received.

Never recieved my 6 month Subscription. No refund provided.
Customer Service was quite poor when it came to trying to resolve a matter regarding no boxes of my 6 month subscription being sent out and no refund issued. Very dissapointed and unhappy with this. I won't be resubscribing and I will not be referring this service to any friends as this is something that could have been resolved but instead they took my hard earned money and completely disregarded my query.

very confused

Good service and products just needs variety
Good service after some work I’ve had some issues with delivery but eventually did resolve the issue. The products are good but need way more variety, receiving to many face masks and eyeliners..and I never seem to receive the half of what is shown on the site.

Dont bother!
Tiny samples that you would normally get for free. No contact number on website or on google anywhere and don't bother sending them an email - as they won't respond. If you are happy throwing your money away monthly - with no way of stopping it (without cancelling your credit card) then this box is the way to go!!
I dont know why other reviews are saying they have excellent customer service. My experience is - they dont even have a customer service department!
Maybe its from some of their employees trying to get their ratings up - as its a bit wierd that they are highlighting it so much fo no reason.

Great monthly gift from me to me!
It has been almost 2 years since I signed up to Bellabox and it has been amazing! You can customize what you’re interested in receiving, from skin and hair type to make up and hair care. I have not had any issues since registering to Bellabox and they have been supportive each time I would have a question or if a product had been delivered damaged (which was only 1 time and not a problem at all as it was replaced within the same week!)
The Bellabox Support staff are friendly and their products are great.
I highly recommend Bellabox as the items that are sent are some I wouldn’t have thought about buying but now LOVE!

keep charging me after unsubscribe
i had really bad experience with bellabox.
1. some cheap samples you can easily get for free when priceline, DAVID JONES etc have gift with purchase .
2.charging me twice in FEBRUARY, refunded after a few days
3.i received confirmation of cancellation email and thought everything has been done. my account has been closed but ridiculously chargeing me again on 01 M arch.
4.no direct phone number to solve problems
5.wait around 3-4 working days to get reply emails
I ended up have to ring my bank to stop them from keep taking money from my card...Read more

Absolute useless customer service
This company is incapable of basic customer service. Promises are NOT met and you will spend hours trying to rectify issues. Emails state one thing, and then opposite occurs. Joined via Groupon for gifts for several people. Their system didn’t cope and 2 of the 3 subscriptions never arrived. After questioning this I was told it would be rectified. It wasn’t.
Bigger issues occur with billing. Email stated there was no need to cancel subscriptions and now being billed $60 month for something that has not even started under original offer.
