I've received Bellabox for years and absolutely love it. I look forward to it every month and never disappointed. I've also purchased a number of subscriptions as gifts (the gift that keeps on giving) including gifts for my sons. They love the Bellabox for men. Highly recommended. Great value. Great service. Love the little gift each month with a few surprises. Pushes me to use things that I normally wouldn't use which is nice. Skincare is important to me so I'm enjoying the different varieties of things to use.

I look forward to my Bellabox each month. It is so great to be able to try new things and enjoy new beauty treats each month. Would recommend it for sure..

Great products! I've discovered a few new favourite items since subscribing! Wonderful staff too! I love getting things that I wouldn't usually buy, they end up being the best surprises!

Have been a long term customer and find the range of products good and it's a great way to trial new things. I find the web site a little hard to navigate sometimes and feel this probably needs work to make it easier for customers to follow.

I've loved BB and subscribed for over a year now. I've been waiting for Jan and now Feb boxes and they haven't shown. I've tried to reset my password because now I can't log in, weird.. and I've had no emails saying payment has failed :( no idea whats happening. sad.

I’m not happy with this month’s products.The body lotion and the face mask I received this month are expiring in next month.I don’t think I would be able to finish the body lotion in this month, when half of the month has already gone.

Super fun way to try new products at a low cost, the quality of the products are amazing too. The staff are also super friendly and answer any inquiries very fast.

Marianne was great sorting my issue out and we came to a happy compromise which makes me a happy lady !! I am back on track and looking forward to my Feb box !

I have sent multiple emails over the months about renewing my subscription with the discount and noone responds. So tomorrow I'm getting charged the full amount again for a subscription I've tried to change for 2 months. I remember why I eventually cancelled my subscription years ago. That make it impossible to cancel a subscription because no-one responds everrrrr to confirm your cancellation !!!!. Buyer beware. The boxes aren't worth the $19.95 which is why I'm trying to get the discount they advertised.

I signed up just for one box initially just to see what it was all about - a year later and I still love it!! I always get full use out of the products as they are based on my preferences and my skin type, hair colour etc. It is fun unboxing each month and seeing what has arrived! This has now introduced me to some great products that I now buy regularly.
