I've just setup a new Belong sim into my daughter's phone. We ported the number over from amaysim. The transfer has gone through fine; data and texts are working however we can't call the mobile number, or call out from the phone any more.
We have taken out the sim and put it back, and restarted the phone but the same problem.
any advice, please?

I haven't been able to send photos via SMS (texting) for nearly a week. This same thing happened a few months ago and then magically worked after about three days of not working. I can send and receive text messages ok, make phone calls etc.
