I haven't been able to send photos via SMS (texting) for nearly a week. This same thing happened a few months ago and then magically worked after about three days of not working. I can send and receive text messages ok, make phone calls etc.
So flaky.
I am not sure generally was able to before. I am no longer with BELONG.

You wouldn't believe it, I just restarted my phone and it's working now. Sometimes the simplest solution is the right one.

Unsure as to how I can change the account out of my name into another persons name. Is there a way to do so as the other person will be taking it over? Do I just add an authorised person and then go from there? Thanks.

I know it only has Message2Text as its "voicemail", that's fine.
However, yesterday someone who I know was able to leave me a voicemail message, the text I received after I missed the call advised me to call 101. I did and listened to it (it was my dentist).
I asked belong if this was normal, and they're telling me they only have Message2Text.
WHY am I now able to receive voicemail messages now? The voicemail inbox sounds totally legit, as settings and asked me to set up a pin.
Is something wrong with my phone?

I cant send/recieve sms with my belong sim.
I have checked my smsc and its correct for belong.
I have restarted my device.
I have reset my network settings
I have changed the network (3g, 2g, lte...)
I can send MMS messages but cannot recieve them or send/recieve written sms. I have data and can access that.
I dont have a phone to test my Sim with, could it be faulty?

Can i stop my broadband plan even if it hasn't started yet? I applied for broadband plan last week then 4 days after i claimed the modem at au post. I set it up and immediately an error is showing that the internet is not connected. I emailed one of the robots in there customer service and they said that there's no need for tech visit cos my place has nbn. 4 days after i still don't have connection.
