I haven't been able to send photos via SMS (texting) for nearly a week. This same thing happened a few months ago and then magically worked after about three days of not working. I can send and receive text messages ok, make phone calls etc.
So flaky.

How do I get a network unlock code

Unsure as to how I can change the account out of my name into another persons name. Is there a way to do so as the other person will be taking it over? Do I just add an authorised person and then go from there? Thanks.

Missed calls sent as txt message DONT WORK when the speaker has an accent. 5 calls to txt last week from ?Indian accent people made no sense at all in the txt message provided. My energy service provider is getting sick of me responding to txts that do not clearly identify who it is from. How can I get the old fashioned voice mail?

I have been trying to get in contact with someone, ANYONE about cancelling my service. I for some reason been unable to sign in, i cant reset my password because it never get the link to reset. i have sent multiple support requests with no reply and also messaged via fb with no response. i need this sorted today as tomorrow i will be charged again for another month ! i have already changed providers but because belong hasnt cancelled my connection im now paying for 2 services! please help!

does the Belong network, work effectively with older mobiles such as IPhone 8 and earlier?

I have Belong mobile (over a year now).

I know it only has Message2Text as its "voicemail", that's fine.

However, yesterday someone who I know was able to leave me a voicemail message, the text I received after I missed the call advised me to call 101. I did and listened to it (it was my dentist).

I asked belong if this was normal, and they're telling me they only have Message2Text.

WHY am I now able to receive voicemail messages now? The voicemail inbox sounds totally legit, as settings and asked me to set up a pin.

Is something wrong with my phone?

My plan was included overseas calls but I been trying for a week now I still can't call it, before in December I can call overseas. Now I can't why?

My Belong sim with $80 credit expired on the 30th of December, will it still work if I activate it now?

Hi. I just activated my $80 free credit. It says on the card that the expiry is 30/12/2020. Does this mean that the $80 will expire on the 30th and I will lose what’s left of the credit? Or just that the card needed to be activated prior to the 30th? I want to make sure I will receive the remaining $55 over the next few months.

Hi how I can check my call history

My daughter has a belong Sim and account, she had a message that her monthly payment had not been able to be processed this is due to the credit card details needed updating due to a new card being issued, she logged on to the app and it wants her to set up an account when she already has one, when we try and enter the number off the Sim it will not except it, need help as she cannot call or text anyone and I consider this an emergency as she cannot contact anyone

What code do I put at the start of an international number when call from my Belong Mobile account?

I cant send/recieve sms with my belong sim.
I have checked my smsc and its correct for belong.
I have restarted my device.
I have reset my network settings
I have changed the network (3g, 2g, lte...)
I can send MMS messages but cannot recieve them or send/recieve written sms. I have data and can access that.
I dont have a phone to test my Sim with, could it be faulty?

I have not received a response to my emails. Also phone number has a pre-recorded message to go to website. I have a belong mobile phone service and i cant get my account number. I've logged in online and there is no history or copy of invoices. Please help

Can i stop my broadband plan even if it hasn't started yet? I applied for broadband plan last week then 4 days after i claimed the modem at au post. I set it up and immediately an error is showing that the internet is not connected. I emailed one of the robots in there customer service and they said that there's no need for tech visit cos my place has nbn. 4 days after i still don't have connection.
