Hi I have an iPhone and am using my belong sim with it. I can receive and make calls however I don’t have audio or the speaker button available? Is there a way to fix this?

Hi Rosemary! Our mobile plans are postpaid, which means we take a payment each month for your plan. The date in which you get charged each month depends on when you signed up and can't be changed.

I am locked out of my phone after accidentally blocking my sim while trying to set up my vaccination passport.
It says I need a PUK code. I also can’t access my account.

Hi,
I have been trying to set up my new sim card, and after the first issue of entering the sim number( which needs to be specified not to add the letter at the end), I am now having the issue of it not accepting my payment method. Either one I put in, paypal or visa it just starts with "something went wrong please try again", and then I try again and it says the payment details are invalid. What the hell is going on. This is meant to be easy, but your website makes it hard to join up.

If you happen to be using our app, please delete and re-install the app, then see if it accepts your payment method.

I finally got it to work without help. Not sure how. I also sent a message on messenger asking the same question. It is frustrating not having a live chat set up from the start to get things sorted. It has taken me a few hours to do this. Hopefully there will be no other issues.

I've spoken with many sales representatives about changing my billing date and me paying the difference or being given the option to Bpay this account ahead of time at a date of my choosing and have FINALLY been given a solution to pay the account on an FAQ and I quote: "You can pre-pay for your service the month before the due date by signing in to your Belong account and select ‘pre-pay next month’." Apparently you can do so, by going to your dash and selecting payment methods and selecting "pre-pay next month". I'm writing to let you know that I have scoured the webpage and app and have not seen this option anywhere. I emailed your customer service team to enquire and was told that this is not the case. This is getting beyond frustrating. Any actual help on this matter would be appreciated, failing this, cancellation of the service and a strong recommendation for others to stay away from this service.

Sorry to hear that it's been a bit confusing! Definitely don't mean to give you the runaround.

You're right -- you can pre-pay for your internet service the month before the due date by signing in to your Belong account. You'll need to select 'Payment details' from the dashboard, choose 'View details' and select 'Pre-pay next month' and follow the prompts.

Thanks for your response. I cannot see these prompts anywhere which means I'm only getting 7 days of a whole month of service...pretty appalling
There is no "payment details" on the dash. There is only "manage mobile>view and update payment method" > dead end.
Some actual customer service would be appreciated if you could log the concern seeing as you know how, as this issue has spanned over 5 months to no avail.

Just to double-check, are you wanting to stop text messages notifying you that you've received a missed call? If so, that won't be something we can disable from our end. But it may be worth reaching out to your mobile device company to see if they've got any suggestions around settings on your mobile that can help out with that.

Another great question, Benjamin! You're unable to add your name or voice to the Message2Txt recording that any missed callers hear. This is something that's been pre-recorded and can't be edited -Chris

Great question, Benjamin! We're unable to assign a name to a number so it's visible when calling or texting other people. This means that unless the other person has your number saved in their handset's contact list, they'll only ever be able to see your mobile number when you contact them -Chris

We can extend the ring time on your mobile up to 30 seconds, Gary. Just a heads up, by doing this, we'll also need to switch off the Message2Txt feature so missed callers won't be able to leave you a message.

Hi belong team,
Can I receive Australian bank SMS on a belong SIM card when I am overseas ?
I am in india and the commbank is sending OTP SMS to my Australian belong number.

Hi Parag. Your Belong SIM will only work in Australia so if you're trying to receive any calls or SMS' on your number while overseas, these won't get these.

We recommend contacting your bank to explain the situation and they should hopefully be able to help you out another way -Chris

That's why I don't trust them. Even if they have great deals on thier side. They are hungry dogs take your money an have bad customer service. Should join Telstra pretty good option

As for Viber, the app should be running off your mobile internet. Please check if you're connected to Wi-Fi, or if your mobile data is switched on.

If you're using a phone that's locked to another network (often these will be the prepaid carrier branded phones) then you'll need to speak with them to have it unlocked before using a Belong SIM. -Rhys
