In ordering a new camera battery, I inadvertently chose the wrong one - totally my fault. Even during lockdown, all it took was a phone call to BBs helpful and knowledgeable staff and the problem was sorted. The wrong battery and charger was returned, the gap in cost paid by me and, voila - I have the right battery and charger!

After 2 weeks of waiting for an urgent laptop replacement I rang their customer (no)service. The operator told me that he couldn't help with finding the battery or any contact details for the courier. A bot would given me better service than this operator. I will never deal with these amateurs ever again.

Great service, fine products and easy to navigate web page. There was however an issue with late delivery but that was the couriers issue (and covid delays). After contacting Better Batts they virtually bent over backwards to find the answers so a big tick in the customer service department.

I ordered 2 batteries from Better Batt as the postage policy is free for purchases of 2 or more items - One for my laptop and one for my Samsung Galaxy S9+ Phone.
The laptop battery solved my problem immediately and was the perfect fit for my HP laptop, perfect price and holds it's charge unlike the one it replaced.

Unfortunately the Samsung Battery I ordered incorrectly(my fault), as it was for a tablet style phone rather than the S9+. It was 8cm wide and my phone was only 7.5 cm wide. I realized immediately there was a problem!

Better Batt were extremely helpful and prompt in replacing a battery I ordered, which wasn't the right size (my fault).

My first parcel got lost. Fair enough wasn’t an expensive order . But I emailed and they sent me a replacement without much hassle.

We needed the battery urgently-and the website said it was available but then it wasn’t when we ordered. Refund was quick hence two stars.

I required a replacement battery for my laptop and was having trouble identifying the correct part. A quick email to Better Batt asking for advice and a follow up with a few photos quickly identified the correct battery. After a short wait for stock to come in the part was ordered and delivered and we're back in business. Johann kept me well informed throughout the whole process. I'm very happy with their service and won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Goods as ordered, Prompt replies to any queries, and follow up on orders received. Would reorder from Better Batt again.

This is the 4th or 5th time i have purchased from Betta Batt and once again the service is outstanding, I ordered on a Saturday night and goods were delivered the following Tuesday early morning, I do not have anything other that praise for a company that does as it claims to do as well as providing good quality products and the price just cannot be beat either in stores or other on-line sites.

Ordered and bought a battery for an acer laptop, which stopped working after 10 months. BetterBatt customer service attempted to fix my issue remotely, and when that did not work, sent me a replacement battery free of charge - I did not even need to return my old battery. Fantastic customer service, would definitely recommend as they seem committed to ongoing customer satisfaction.

Purchased 3 laptop batteries in Aug 2020. Had a problem with one battery in the 400 day warranty period. Customer service followed up promptly by suggesting some diagnostic procedures. Couldn't get the battery to supply power to my laptop. Customer service very responsive and provided replacement without question. Good communication and ethical business. Happy to use them in future.
