I arrived home two days after ordering to find a delightful package on my doorstep (as per my instructions). It was as if I was receiving a gift, it was so beautifully wrapped. Inside was a handwritten letter, gift card and a loyalty card as well as a gorgeous red bag with my dress inside. Oh my goodness, I am SO thrilled, it's totally perfect in every way. Without a doubt the best website available! I have purchased many times from birdsnest and have never had a problem at all. I have recommended many people to it who have also said it is by far one of the best websites to buy from. You receive your goods super fast, if there is a problem with a product you have ordered they call you to let you know, and the handwritten note received in your order is such a super friendly and personal touch. There is nothing at all that can be said of a negative nature. I would highly recommend buying from the website. You will not be disappointed!

I love this site! Feels like I am getting a present everytime I order something the parcel is packed with such care. Descriptions/size guides are pretty spot on which is hard to find, and orders are dispatched so fast. Quick, easy, reliable.

Love the products and the site but sadly the dress had a fault in it and I can't find information on how to return it. Really wanted to wear it this weekend :0( will keep trying to find return information. This information should be easier to find or am I a dum dum? Thought the quality of the dress wasn't as good as I was hoping. Had some loose threads.

What a fantastic website. The outfit ideas are not just revolving around model figures but plenty of great ideas for us 'generous' body types. The website feels very friendly with the personal little comments added by the girls who run it. They let you know from the outset that if you need to return anything this won't be a problem (you have to pay the return fee but that's is a reasonable rule).
I found a larger size available on here that wasn't available in the clothing brands shop!

Found this little gem by searching for shoes i like, got them $15 less than in the outlet, ended up getting another pair for free express postage. 2 pairs of full leather shoes for $110 including delivery, now thats a bargain!

Fantastic - first experience though lot's of friends have told me about it - watching TV on Sunday night had a browse on birdsnest, did half of my Christmas shopping and a few things for me whilst lazing on the couch in the airconditioning - not a bad way to do the Xmas shopping. Arrived on Tuesday - amazing - with a lovely hand written personal note. 100% fantastic service from the easy to use website, to the fantastic product range, to the lovely hand written note. This is a my new favourite store.

First time I bought some dresses from them. Ordered on Wed and dresses arrived on Fri. Beautifully wrapped and no hazzle if you want to return. Postage charge is reasonable and they have a Hugh selection on their website.

Can see myself buying from them on a regular basis. It won't be difficult as they have so many lovely things on their website.

What a pleasant experience shopping with birdsnest was! I was able to search clothes based on body type e.g. Tummy, big breasts, long legs ect to ensure the product would suit me. My clothes arrived very quickly, with a gorgeous handwritten note. The quality of the clothes was excellent too.

I've ordered some jewellery and accessories from this site, they arrived very quickly in a cute bag and with a handwriten note. They have an excellent variety of clothing and accessories and I love their styled outfits. Being a plus size girl the only downside is most of their 18+ stock is frumpy and boring. They also have their own range which looks fabulous, but again - downside is it only goes to 16-18.

Been lurking around this site for ages looking at all the beautiful clothes. Found a dress to wear to a wedding. Ordered it on Sunday arrived Tuesday.

I live in rural Australia where we don't have many clothing stores to choose from. You can shop by shape, style, event etc. There are fully styled outfits too so you know how to dress for the look you want. They even have an live online helper so you really can't go wrong . I've bought many items now and I've never had a problem. They don't just have stuff for women either - they also have kids stuff and gifts. It's super quick and it comes wrapped so it feels like you're getting a special present. I know one friend who returned an item for the next size up and never had an issue. The website is very easy to get around that even my old mum can do it. If only I had more money and places to go...

I'm not a big on line shopper, but have bought a few things from different sites. I ordered my first item from Birdnest and had it within 2.5 days. Not bad for a remote area at all! I had to change the size and rang them before it was posted off. The lady I spoke to was so nice and it was no problem at all. They emailed my tracking number and when the goods arrived there was a lovely "hand-written" note. I am very impressed and will be buying more items from Birdnest!
Efficient and personable

I have used this website a few times to buy clothes. They where always delivered almost immediantly! The products where of great quality and a great price. They also offer a 100 day return which is excellent when I am always between sizes depending on the fit of the clothes. They offer great customer service writing personalised notes to you and thanking you for your purchase, they also wrap your items and put them in a bag to ensure safe delivery. I have never written a review before, but felt it was necessary as this website is a one stop shop.

My mother in law who lives in Cooma put me onto Birdsnest and ever since I am "addicted". Their customer service is second to none. I have had to return clothes approx 3 times and each time I have received a refund without question. I live in WA and if I purchase on the weekend it arrives by Tuesday.

They have great promotions what include free postage and I love their suggested outfits. Gives me great ideas on how to wear items.

Only suggestion would be to maybe get some more cocktail / evening dresses (like George, Rachel Gilbert, Eillen Kirby) as would love to buy everything from them!
