Recently took out insurance and so far its been a streamlined service. I would recommend them, good prices and service, great, fast communication. Its only be a few months but no complaints.

the policy was very easy to set up, I was given the right amount of assistance from people on the phone, the emails were concise and only as often as necessary.

So far I've just renewed my policies and the process is great. I hope I never have to claim something but if it comes to that I hope I get the same experience

I was charged double the premium I should have been charged and the customer service and management wouldn't take responsibility for the excess. Wouldn't even cancel my policy for a full refund when the issue was raised, wanted to only refund me about 50% of the premium despite being only 3 weeks into the 12 month term.

Policy was cheap and so is the quality of cover. Part of pitch was you’re covered for an event during the period of cover even if the policy isn’t current yet when I called to cancel was advised am not covered if a claim was to occur for a time during the period I paid for. Yet they still keep the premium for this time.

Also they must charge a cancellation fee (that they didn’t advise me about) as I cancelled after six month and received less then half of the base premium back.

Their loss as some of my staff that had cover with them have now gone to another provider after hearing about my experience

Would have liked the option to be able to pay Quarterly on my policy the only option i had was monthly or Yearly i dont understand why quarterly is Not an option

Policy was great value, was easy to set up and Clare, our consultant was very patient while we tried to decide if this policy was the one we wanted. She kept in touch with us and was great on the phone.

With them from last 3 years and made Public liability claims also. Never had any issues. Customer service is the best because they understand your situation and do the right thing for you.
