Did not refund call out fee. Very bad customer service
Cannot believe the services i got from this reputable brand!
Booked the service request for my dishwasher on Thursday evening and was not told about the 2 days cancellation policy and charged me $110 call out fee for Monday morning service. I tried to restart and unplug the dishswaher a couple of times and it started working on Saturday. Called the customer service line and was told that cancellation of service request can only be done on Monday. One of the team members was so reluctant to help and rude by saying 'no matter what no refund' Did not provide any customer service at all. Firstly, I was not told about the 2 business days cancellation policy when i made the booking. Secondly, I would not have 2 business days to cancel the service given Thursday night booking for Monday service. I have sent emails to [email protected] and [email protected] more than 5 business days and not a single reply from a customer service agent except sending the automatic replies about 24 hours response. Very disappointed with the service as i loved Bosch products so much. This experience made me consider not to buy any of the BOSCH products in the future.

Disappointed/Disgusted
Purchased a Neff built in coffee machine a few years ago for around $4500. Very happy with it until it broke down . tech came out, replaced a part charged $200 went away with machine still inoperable. Returned following week, replaced another part, (no charge this time for visit still charged for part) Machine still u/s. Tech said could do no more as part that was required no longer available. IE Machine became junk instantly.Now we have a useless built in coffee machine just filling a hole in the wall. Not happy Jan is an understatement!!

my dishwasher broken down i rang bosch who put me in contact with all general whitegoods. they come out the next day and fixed it on the spot. the man was friendly and happy. great service

Cook top pot holders completely rusted out after 3 months of use
Judge for yourself, unbelievable and they asked me to produce evidence of proof of purchase, problem is, every time I try to respond to the email address it bounces back as undeliverable.

Send me an email to my email address so I can actually reply to it. Not my job to chase you, it’s your job to do the right thing and contact me [email protected]. 5 business days to respond and then I will be on to the ombudsman.

Serie | 6 Dual fuel range cooker was purchased 7 mths ago after a long deliberation but went ahead based on reviews. We have found the quality seems sub standard and scuff marks have started to appear even though no hard abrasives are used. Approximately a month ago the oven stopped. advised there waiting on a part from Bosch. Its now coming up to a month without the use of our upright oven and possibly have to explain to the new owners we dont know when it will be fixed. I placed a review on the Bosch site and when i checked after they said its was uploaded it took me to the site I originally went to. However my review does not appear only positive ones. absolutely hopeless
I have had a washing machine repaired two months after purchase, only to stop working again a month later. After many weeks of crap from Bosch, they finally agreed to replace it and now the new one has also stopped working.......same issue. I have tried to call and emailed four times and still have not had the courtesy of a reply from Bosch. Their products and customer service are absolutely hopeless

Have responded to you Bosch, This is the 5th time. Look forward to a response, however not holding my breath.
I am sure it will come as no surprise to anyone on this site, that after 4 days I have not had a follow up from Bosch customer care. What a joke they are!!!

BEWARE! Bosch doesn't honour their warranty
Hotplate is under 12 months old. Came home and found my plate had chipped no one in the house an hour later more glass chipped off. Rang the store they passed it on to rep, no return calls then store advised me as the rep wouldn't return calls that they won't replace plate.

Not worth the money.
We received a Bosch dishwasher as a wedding gift from a family member. Our family buys Bosch because it is known for its quality & reliability. However after 5 years our dishwasher is completely unrepairable. The tub has split on side & back leaking all over the power circuit board. The dishwasher repair guy (who was recommended by Bosch) said it was one of the worst splits he’s seen.
I researched online & have found others have had this same problem with this model. I rang Bosch to see if they’d replace my dishwasher but they won’t.

washing machine call
i rang bosch about my 5yr faulty washer. The girl was helpful on the phone and said someone will contact me. She wasnt wrong within 10 mins all general whitegoods rang me and booked me in for the next day. That night i received a sms with a time 10 to 12 and they arrived at 10.20. The service man was so nice and fixed the washer within 45mins. These days people fine it so easy to complain so heres a good story. Well done bosch and all general

Poor customer service and wont refund a double charge
A service call was done at my place for which they double charged me. After numerous phone calls and emails for 2 months, i'm still not refunded. The customer service just keep telling me it will be 'sorted out today', 'someone will get back to you today' etc, and NOTHING ever happened. No calls, no refund. Then after I rang again yesterday, they gave me a refund recept... to the WRONG person and WRONG address!! To date, I still have not got my refund...

It’s finally been resolved. But it shouldn’t take so many phone calls, with more than like 2 hours spent on the phone, and writing a bad review online to finally get a refund.

Bosch KAD92A120A Fridge NOT HAPPY
As we have a Bosch dishwasher which worked well we decided to stick with the same brand when replacing our 24 year old trouble free fridge.
We chose a Bosch which matched the same features as our past fridge.
This was in February 2022. Less than 12 months ago.
To date, we have had 8 visits by Bosch technicians who have replaced 5 components
All to no avail the problems still persists.
We bought a product on its brand name, it doesn’t perform and constantly needs servicing.
Not impressed.
We have since replaced our oven, it’s not a Bosch.
We plan to replace our cooktop, it will not be a Bosch

Bosch serie 4 washing machine
We’ve had nothing but issues with this machine. Specific cycles have never worked. It constantly stops mid cycle. Door gets jammed and the emergency door unlock sometimes doesn’t work. It’s been a nightmare to deal with and we will be replacing it after it’s been fixed by service repair. Never purchasing a Bosch appliance again. Absolute rubbish.

Runs beautifully
The dishwasher Series 6 is everything that Bosch claims. The two drawer with separate cutlery movable basket is perfect for our needs. I would fully recommend this product for anyone wanting everything desirable in a dishwasher at a good price.

BOSCH Terrible
Terrible! Purchased BOSCH Hot Water System for $1000 lasted 3 1/2years paid a plumber to fix it, one month later needed two more new parts. When I called BOSCH in Melbourne would not replace faulty. service terrible

Not if you have small kids or pets.
As an oven it's a good product but I tapped the inside glass (of 3 panels) and the outside glass shattered all over our kitchen. If I had knocked this glass I would if perhaps expected someone but it was the tiniest of taps on the other side with the rack that made it shatter. If I had had a child or pet nearby they would of been severely hurt. Bosch agreed to replace the part free of charge but not the call out or labour because it was 10 weeks out of warranty. I am worried about this occuring again so please take care if you buy a Bosch product.

Terrible customer service
They say you can judge a Comapny by its customer service, well, Ill never buy Bosch again.
Called and ordered transit bolts as I had lost them and needed to move my front loader. They were expensive, as was the postage.
The next morning I discovered my machine had been stolen from the storage it was in and called at 9am to cancel the order. The warehouse is 25km from me and they said they would contact them and cancel.

Ridiculous design
Had a Bosch dishwasher with an error 9 fault displaying. No heat. Bought a new heat pump and tried to repair it myself. How difficult was this. The bottom of the dishwasher had no removable plate. To get the heat pump out and replace, I had to cut a big hole in the bottom of the dishwasher with a grinder to get my hand inside so I could remove and replace the part. What a ridiculous design and so unnecessarily time consuming. Plus the part itself costs around $225 plus freight. Obviously Bosch have no interest in seeing their own dishwashers get fixed.
Better just buy a new one. Save yourself the headaches.
Customer service was okay. Just a bad product.

Terrible Product, Service and Warranty
My Bosch WAY32891AU Washing Machine was scheduled in for a service booking for 12/11/2019. The booking was related to a blocked drain pump, as the owners manual did not have any instructions to fix the issue and Bosch claimed that attempting to fix it myself would void the warranty. A Bosch WTY877W0AU Tumble Dryer is stacked on top of the washing machine via a Bosch WTZ11400 Stacking Kit With Shelf. I was meant to get an SMS the day before with the details of the booking, but did not get any information. The technician instead called me in the ...Read more
morning 30 minutes before arriving at my house on the day of the booking. The technician arrived and opened the service flap of the washing machine. He tried unscrewing the pump cover but could not get it to rotate. He informed me that even though his system noted the machines were stacked, he could not work on it due to OHS issues as the job required more than one technician. He left and said he would ask the office about what was happening with the job. My family and I did not have a working washing machine since 01/11/2019, as the next available service booking date was 12/11/2019. I was forced to use a laundromat over this period and took a day off work for this booking. I called Bosch and explained the issue. They rescheduled the booking to the next day via Matic Service. Matic Service handed the job to Bunneys Appliances. I confirmed the booking with them for the next day. The technician arrived the following day and claimed only one person was needed to do the job. He also told me that I needed to pay for the service, as Bosch would not cover it under warranty. The technician completed the job and I ended up paying him a reduced fee of $121. The washing machine is the most expensive residential model of Bosch but fails in its ease of maintenance when compared to other branded machines I have owned. I have a feeling that this is done intentionally in order squeeze every penny from customers by sidelining them in the maintenance of their own machines with threats of voiding the warranty. Expensive products and expensive to fix
I bought a washing machine and paid more.to get a Bosch thinking it would last. The washing loads had to be reduced over the years as the cleaning quality deteriorated. The machine would not function at all and the error codes from the machine pointed us in the wrong direction thinking it was an easy fix. We eventually had to call a technician out which was when we found out it was cheaper to buy a new brand than fix the machine. The technician wasn't confident he knew what was causing the issue and recommended parts be changed which was a very costly recommendation without guarantees we would have a functioning machine. By this time we didn't have a washing machine for 3 weeks and bought a competitors brand.

Excellent customer service and after sales care
I have owned Bosch products for over 15 years. I recently replaced my Bosch front loader washing machine, with a new Bosch front loader, after 12 years of hard service.
With our Bosch dishwasher recently, I was required to call their Customer service centre. From the very beginning the service was excellent and the technician who attended was very friendly, efficient and diagnosed and fixed the issue with no problem whatsoever.
I will certainly continue to buy and recommend Bosch.

Today, it would not work, no lights, no movement, dead.

Jill, I do not know anything about the dryer you have but seems strange after 2 runnings it is still not dry. try the dry setting - if not get them to check it out.as they Suppose to provide good service to customers- good luck
No help thanks. The dryest setting is "Cupboard Dry" and that still does not dry sufficiently to put in a cupboard without mould developing. Do you even know your product and it's instruction panel?
