Terrible Product, Service and Warranty
My Bosch WAY32891AU Washing Machine was scheduled in for a service booking for 12/11/2019. The booking was related to a blocked drain pump, as the owners manual did not have any instructions to fix the issue and Bosch claimed that attempting to fix it myself would void the warranty. A Bosch WTY877W0AU Tumble Dryer is stacked on top of the washing machine via a Bosch WTZ11400 Stacking Kit With Shelf. morning 30 minutes before arriving at my house on the day of the booking. The technician arrived and opened the service flap of the washing machine. He tried unscrewing the pump cover but could not get it to rotate. He informed me that even though his system noted the machines were stacked, he could not work on it due to OHS issues as the job required more than one technician. He left and said he would ask the office about what was happening with the job. My family and I did not have a working washing machine since 01/11/2019, as the next available service booking date was 12/11/2019. I was forced to use a laundromat over this period and took a day off work for this booking. I called Bosch and explained the issue. They rescheduled the booking to the next day via Matic Service. Matic Service handed the job to Bunneys Appliances. I confirmed the booking with them for the next day. The technician arrived the following day and claimed only one person was needed to do the job. He also told me that I needed to pay for the service, as Bosch would not cover it under warranty. The technician completed the job and I ended up paying him a reduced fee of $121. The washing machine is the most expensive residential model of Bosch but fails in its ease of maintenance when compared to other branded machines I have owned. I have a feeling that this is done intentionally in order squeeze every penny from customers by sidelining them in the maintenance of their own machines with threats of voiding the warranty. I was led to believe that the service booking would be under warranty due to the complexity of unblocking the drain pump in this particular model.

Expensive products and expensive to fix
I bought a washing machine and paid more.to get a Bosch thinking it would last. The washing loads had to be reduced over the years as the cleaning quality deteriorated. The machine would not function at all and the error codes from the machine pointed us in the wrong direction thinking it was an easy fix. We eventually had to call a technician out which was when we found out it was cheaper to buy a new brand than fix the machine. The technician wasn't confident he knew what was causing the issue and recommended parts be changed which was a very costly recommendation without guarantees we would have a functioning machine. By this time we didn't have a washing machine for 3 weeks and bought a competitors brand.

Excellent customer service and after sales care
I have owned Bosch products for over 15 years. I recently replaced my Bosch front loader washing machine, with a new Bosch front loader, after 12 years of hard service.
With our Bosch dishwasher recently, I was required to call their Customer service centre. From the very beginning the service was excellent and the technician who attended was very friendly, efficient and diagnosed and fixed the issue with no problem whatsoever.
I will certainly continue to buy and recommend Bosch.

Bad service
I rang up Bosch for my washer machine service who they forwarded my details onto the company called Sydney appliances I found this company disgusting they didn’t turn up on the day they were supposed to and turned up 2 days later without a call and I found the tech to be very unhelpful and he didn’t seem to know what he was doing. He left with the machine still not working. I would not recommend this company at all. I have now gone and purchased a new washer.

Problems from the start and abysmal customer service
We had issues with our new bosch dishwasher from the very start, malfunction mid operation, customer service were abrupt and unhelpful. We tried to escalate the complaint beyond the customer service dept to no avail. Off to consumer affairs we go. Never will we buy a bosch appliance again.

Poor standard of goods and service.
Purchased 3 items from Bosch.
1. Coktop - very low profile heat transfers to laminate damaging it very thin stainless steel.
2. Washing machine. Broke down in the first 3 months. Bosch service charged $280. Did not fix because plummer changed hose out of warranty also paid $300 insurance - never used.
3 . oven worked for 3 months now fan has broken down.
Wasted aporox $ 4000 on bosch appliances all broken down in 3 months of purchase. BUYER BEWARE.

Two parts broken within a month then over a month without a washing machine!!
I've been without a washing machine for over a month, after only having the machine for a month and a half, originally called in around 20/08. Repeatedly been told lies that they will get back to me within 24-48 hours saying parts will be in on Friday 13/09 when I finally get an answer a week later on 20/09 after calling them every day, and what do I hear, oh the part had only been ordered on the morning of 20/09 after somebody finally figured out what was going on. Tomorrow marks 27/09, and guess what, no part... Yay Bosch doing a real stellar job there. Real sick of it, no offers of a loan machine and didn't ask for one cause I figured two weeks max, not a month!

Disgusting Customer Service
Bosch has almost non existent customer service with poorly trained staff. I have a newly installed Bosch pyrolytic oven that wont self clean properly. 2 weeks after my initial complaint I get a visit from a good service agent who on his own admission new little about the problem. After watching a 2 hour cycle he agreed that the clean was poor and that the oven was still filthy. He reported back to Bosch.

Bosch do not stand by warranty
I purchased a Bosch washing machine 12 months ago. It leaked water from day one. Since then it has flooded our laundry so badly that mould damaged has occurred. smells like mould from water damage. I call Bosch every few days asking for the machine to be replaced. They won’t stand by the warranty and will not get this problem sorted no matter how many calls and emails I send. They won’t even pass on a senior managers surname . [name removed](?) Bosch Dryer out of Warranty........Fixed Under Warranty!!!
Thank you Bosch......My 3 year old out of Warranty Bosch Condenser Dryer would stop after 20min. Cleaned filters......Youtube videos all to no avail...... e Service Call to fix Dryer, however if Dryer was miss used then I would have to pay for Service Call & Parts. Bosch attended 3 times finally fixing Dryer with a new rear sensor on the last call.......All service calls and parts were covered under Warranty!!!!! dishwasher repair
Dishwasher stopped working at 4 months. Customer assistance: waiting 2 months for a repair of service, multiple phonecalls, customer assistants were actually lying - could not believe it, they are on the mission of really annoying you, just something to do in their very important office lives I guess. Repairmen arrived without parts and any ideas about the model. Rude and worthless service. It a 0 star

Worst ever purchasing experience
If there was a minus star option - Bosch would get -5 for customer service. My elderly father bought a washing machine and paid for installation as a package. Bosch used M3 Delivery company for delivery and installation. The people they sent to install by this company lacked due care and skill and broke off the tap when they tried to install the washing machine causing extensive flooding and damages to not only my father's apartment but beyond. seled their way out of responsibilities and denied any wrong doing. The damages were so extensive, soaking carpets and damaging the skirting boards, walls and some furniture in the rooms that were flooded. The drivers did not stick around to help with the clean up and my father was left with a huge mess to clean. He became severely distressed with the situation, losing weight and sleep and was left with a hefty clean up bill including hiring a certified plumber to connect the washing machine. Neither companies even bothered to follow up to ensure their obligations on installation was completed even though they were PAID to do so. Bosch is a well known international brand so who could imagine how purchasing a washing machine from a big name like that could turn your life completely upside down. The total lack of accountability over their contractor's action is deplorable. They rather save a few hundred dollars in insurance excess then to do the right thing by their customer. My family will NEVER again buy anything from Bosch after this experience since they CANNOT be TRUSTED to look after their customers after post purchase.6 comments

Products that don't last and then are not covered by the warranty, good job Bosch
Many of the '"better" brands coat their PCBS with a lacquer designed to reduce the conductivity of the board and thus minimise damage caused by insects etc. Wish i had known this before i purchased a Bosch dishwasher, my cockroaches have put my machine in the graveyard, no warranty thanks Bosch will never buy from you or recommend you to anyone.

Good unless your machine breaks down
I was really happy with the machine purchased from Bosch - a dishwasher - it was great, until it broke down just shy of 2.5yrs old.
Getting Bosch to firstly respond to my emails and calls is one thing - I have left 3 or 4 voicemail messages (as no one answers the calls) and they haven't returned my calls - getting them to fix the machine has been near on impossible (it's still broken with no date/commitment from Bosch to fix it). I am very time poor, so this need to divert my time to deal with this has been incredibly frustrating.

st for me to fix the machine is not cost effective - I may as well buy a new one (obviously not Bosch). I cannot believe the service, of lack thereof, I have received. I've dealt with Miele before and Electrolux and they were both really fast, efficient, and easy to deal with. This, in comparison, has been a nightmare. Bosch did send a service-person out initially - someone who was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and unpleasant, but who cares as long as they fix it right? Well, they didn't fix it and now Bosch have stalled time and time again to come back and fix the machine properly. Bosch Assessing Customer Claim Too Slow
We bought a Bosch washing machine from David Jones at Chermside, Brisbane. The delivery staff installed it, unfortunately the connection was leaking water and damaged our newly renovated laundry cupboard. According to the request by Bosch, we submitted two quotes for repairing the damage, and we were told that it will be done very soon. however, from the submission of the claim on 11th May 2022 until now we are still waiting for the repair. The Bosch ticket # is 202251193000154231. We want to know when this repair can be done and have contacted them many time by phone and emails but they never reply back to us. the Customer Liaison Officer dealing our claim is [Name Removed].

The worst customer experience ever !
The Bosch Rep lies and you can never get through to customer service. Wish I had gone with another brand....
They have left me with no washing machine or dryer for over a week now.
I stood next to the sales guy when he was speaking with Bosch to confirm all items were in stock and would be delivered within 2 days. The Bosch rep confirmed it. They are now telling us another 2 weeks after a week of the sales guy trying to obtain the stock. Liars, liars, liars. Never again

Induction Cooktop No Customer Service
Bosh Induction Cooktop stopped working. Took 7 days for the call out paid the call out fee upfront. We were told they didn’t know what was wrong. The technician informed us if he installed the parts we had no guarantee it would resolve the problem. It became a gamble! We decided not to proceed as the cost was escalating. We had to pay for parts and labour and no solutions. We’re now having to purchase another induction cooktop. Tried calling the customer liaison officer numerous times leaving messages and emails and no response. We also have a Bosh dishwasher with a cracked main face panel which is another issue. All our kitchen appliances are Bosh. Very disappointed with the poor standard of the appliances and lack of customer service.

I bought this Serious 6 Dishwasher 4 years ago and pump faulty. Never buy anything from Bosch again. Any cheap dishwasher can last more than that. Customer services Terrible not friendly. Asking proof of purchase and query on my invoice owning? No follow up until you ring and told you. Not fit for purpose. Wasting time and money

Purchased dishwasher 21/3/17, 2 years 4 months old. It's now making loud grinding noises and error codes before finishing. Customer service said call out $110 and $10 per 6 mins to determine fault. Unacceptable to breakdown under 3 years, thought Bosch was a good brand, what a joke ......

Jill, I do not know anything about the dryer you have but seems strange after 2 runnings it is still not dry. try the dry setting - if not get them to check it out.as they Suppose to provide good service to customers- good luck
No help thanks. The dryest setting is "Cupboard Dry" and that still does not dry sufficiently to put in a cupboard without mould developing. Do you even know your product and it's instruction panel?
