we have a Bosch HBA63S451A/45 built in oven and the inside glass door has cracked, how do I get a replacement and get the panel off that is holding the glass in ? We bought the oven from the Good Guys in Geelong on 6/8/2014 and it was installed on 3/12/14, is it still under warranty? Thanks in anticipation for your help

When finished cooking and turned oven off should I leave oven door open or closed whilst it is cooling?

Installed two Bosch HBA63B4.0A several years ago have replaced the globes in both ovens, just recently heard a pop and the bulb blew again put a new bulb in but it will not work have tried swapping bulbs etc, what could the problem be?

Hi,

The control panel isn't working correctly. The time shows but you can't press the buttons on the right or left of the time e.g timer, child lock.

Are there any tricks to reset the panel?

I have the Pyroletic version of this oven.
However when using the Pyroletic function, it billows thick noxious black smoke from the front vents.
Is it supposed to do that?

We have just purchased a home which has a Bosch Pyrolyse oven. I followed the instructions on the manual to take advantage of the self cleaning feature, however nothing happened. What is a common cause for this to fail?

I have a HBA63S4.1A which I am happy with but I have never used the pyrolytic clean function. I've had it for about a year. I'm not worried that my oven is either too dirty for it to work or too dirty and which may create a fire hazard.
I have done the occasional wipe out, but it's still very dirty.

I'd be happy to give it a good scrub first, but have read that you shouldn't touch the inside with a scourer or chemical of any sort, or risk damaging the surface.

Advice anyone?

I've loved my pyrolitic bosch until this evening when the glass of the door shattered. Now I'm stuck without an oven and friends coming for dinner! How quickly can it be replaced and given the feedback from other users and your own technicians is this a known fault?

I am going to buy Bosch HRG6767S1A 60 cm pyrolytic Added steam Oven. After have been reading of all review above I wonder that product is good or not. And steam function is good or not?

Hello, I'm looking at purchasing 3 Bosch oven for a new extension. I pyrolytic, 1 basic and a microwave. I've read the reviews and have concerns regarding the cleaning the pyrolytic. So many complaints with cracked doors during the cleaning process. Have you sorted this problem with the new 2016 models ? Thanks Lisa

Should I feel the air coming our of the door of my new Bosch fan forced oven?

Was about to buy one of your NEW Series 8 built in ovens, specifically Model HBG6753S1A, BUT reading terrifying reviews of customers has paralized my confidence. At 80 yrs of age I sure need perfect customer support should there be an issue, intended to get induction hot plates as well. ÔHow on earth can I make decision after reading so many problems? Have you ironed out all previous faults of older models by now?

Hi there, new built in hba63s4.1a I don't have much experience with pyrolyric self cleaning function but no where in the manual does it say what to expect/ how it works. Is it ok for the grill to stay on, is this how it turns everything to ash, so use to removing grill from oven thought would be more fan heating steam type cleaning ?? Stupid I guess. Just seemed unsafe, burning smell, eye stang a little, so turned it off after 10 mins

There seems to be quite a few people who have had issues with the glass cracking.
Is there a flaw with this product?
Surely something is going wrong for this to be happening so many times.

Has the glass issue and the light issue have been fixed? I wanted to buy this but I am not sure anymore cause im turned off by the reviews.
