Electronic Highflow 21e

14 year old Bosh Highflow 21e gas hot water system serviced every two years. Highest temp set at 55, but can be adjusted by mains controller. When turned on for the first time in the morning the red light comes on and the water starts to warm up, but after a few seconds the red light starts to flash followed by the number 16. This is followed by the unit and the water flow cutting out . We do this a couple of times and the unit works ok, but the temp fluctuates. When we take our showers later in the morning at a reduced temp of 43 there is rarely a problem, but the temp still fluctuates. Can this be fixed, or do we need to buy a new unit?

We've had a Bosch high flow 21e gas water heater for10 years with no problems at all but now the hot water temperature is much lower so much so that now we don't use any cold at all just hot. There's no visible means of adjustment. Can the water temperature be adjusted. Both the gas and the water control valves are wide open and have never been altered from installation.

Hi,I got a new bosch highflow 26 with bluetooth (3rd one in 2.5 years via warranty) about a month ago, connected to the bluetooth after installation, was mucking around with the app and set the temp to 50C, went back a couple of days later to put it back to 55 and now my phone won't connect, have tried deleting and reloading app, using different devices, but the highflow doesn't even show up to connect to, I have also tried turning off and on but temp is still stuck at 50C any ideas on how to reset? I'm not bothered about the bluetooth as it's useless anyway, just want my water hotter

We have the Highflow 17e Natural Gas hot water system.
Over the past year or so it has been shutting off - ie in the middle of a shower. We have had service people around and they cannot figure out the issue. I have also spoken to one or two who specialise in these systems - also no idea. Basically they tell us that it would be cheaper and easier (for them more likely!) to just replace the whole system.
It works fine for most of the time - and problem free for months on end. Then suddenly - as is the case now (May 2020) - it shuts off just about every shower; and often several times.
What we are doing is switching the mains power off for a few seconds; then on again and it seems to 'reboot' the control system - or whatever!
We do not have the control unit for this system.
It is a constant annoyance. Does anyone know about this issue - what is actually wrong. Is there a fix??
Typically at this time - when we are homebound, jobless, no money, winter approaching - these things happen.
Its probably 7-8 years old.

I have an instantaneous Bosch Hot water system (Tank less) Model 22e.
stopped working, electrician white wire was burnt and was disconnected from the flat whit plug.
The Electrician by passed the plug and joined the wire. the heater works however the control display unit inside the bathroom shows only 40 *C and does not go up further. it doesn't seem to be broken or malfunctioning, hence when I move the select button to Bath mode the up button moves from 40 to 48 *C without a problem, I need to know how to set the unit, your support is much appreciated. Thank you
