We bought our Breville Oracle touch machine last week from Harvey Norman and have been using it easily since but didn’t realise how little we knew about it until we had Tanya from the White Glove service come today and show us all the tricks about the best coffee machine. Tanya was very helpful, friendly, patient, very experienced and knowledgeable about the machine. She answered all of our questions and the tips to maintaining it. Looking forward to making our own best coffee, couldn’t have asked for more.

The Breville Oracle Touch is a beautifully designed domestic coffee machine which out performs all of my previous machines, including both Jura and Saeco. The twin boilers, the infinitely variable control over temperatures, grind adjustability, and the ability to make coffees to a precise specification time after time leave competing machines well behind.

As far as home coffee machines go, this is the best one I've ever used or tried! It makes an amazing coffee and the whole process is really simple yet you still have great control over the finished product. There are so many handy features such as the built-in timer so the machine is ready and waiting for you in the morning or the ability to save personalised drinks with your name. Cleaning is a breeze too with the automated milk wand cleaning function. It's certainly not a cheap machine but you really can't go wrong with this machine if you want café quality coffee at home.

I have been using the oracle touch from when they first came out.
I have used 2 other coffee machine before and they were more in repair than being in use.
This machine is very easy to use and cleaning as well.
it took me a while to make a perfect cappuccino.
I had my machine replaced with a new one when the grounding basket was stuck.

It took a bit of tweaking, but with the help of the excellent Ryan from the White Glove Service (completely free, in your home, one hour demo as part of buying the Touch) we can now make an absolutely perfect coffee every time. Simple to use, quick, no mess. The price is a hurdle but this beats other home coffee experiences hands down.

Purchased this machine after lots of research and justification. Love the fact that it’s dual boiler and making coffee to take to work rushing out the door is easy and fast. The auto start up is fantastic, it’s ready to use when I’m ready for my morning takeaway. Great touch screen and individual program feature is fantastic so you will never forget your favourite brew. Simple to use and clean up is minimal. Now working on my latte art.

This might be a slightly biased review because I absolutely love this machine or at least I love the coffee it makes me every morning!
I have been having all sorts of fun playing home barista since we got it. The machine itself is beautifully made and robustly finished in stainless steel. Its a real, proper coffee machine so there is a learning curve and the coffee you use has a big impact on the final results.The art of frothing milk is what I am working on at the moment but I'll have that down soon, I think. Cleaning up is a breeze to because of the quality components its made from. Very happy customer here,

So impressed with this machine when we first purchased two weeks ago but now after having Tanya from Breville come into our home today and give some advice we won’t be leaving the house for coffee ! Wow the white glove service offered by breville is amazing we can now produce coffee at home at Cafe standard . Highly recommend the machine but make sure you take up the white glove service and let Tanya turn you into an at home barista!

This was a big deal for us to spend this money on this machine but it has been worth it in my opinion. It is surprisingly easy to use, looks fabulous, requires virtually no care, easy to clean (the surface doesn't show marks easily), you can customise all the settings to ensure you get the coffee the way you like it every time. Was quite easy to set up and looks fabulous. It feels like a real quality machine. Breville service amazing to date also. And the Good Guys were awesome to deal with also!

First real coffee machine we bought. A bit skeptical being a newbie had no experience or whatsoever doing the process. I checked reviews online, went to Harvey Norman to have a look and was assisted by a lovely sales lady who took time to listen on my concerns and straightaway referred this product to me and wifey. (Not knowing I was already reviewing Breville)
Moving forward we are already happy on using the machine but when Tanya arrive from white glove service by Breville and showed me more the functionality of it I was more amaze on how great this machine is. Great customer after sales service by Tanya. Money worth spending☺

I love this machine and in fact have purchased 4 of the same. None of which has let us down. The ability to control all functions is a bonus as I am fussy about my coffee. It pack plenty of power across steam, heat and grind and I couldn't be more happy. The original white glove service was excellent, however I believe this has been discontinued. The price tag is up there, however in my opinion worth every cent. Theres nothing else on the market other than commercial machines which in a lot of cased don't tick the boxes the Oracle does. Do your self a favour and get one:)

We bought the ORACLE TOUCH BES990 JAN 2018. With the purchase we had a white glove demonstration The assistant was Emily from W.A, she was truly wonderful, and explained every aspect of the Oracle . Superb machine - best coffee we've made in years. Simple to use, super easy to clean and it makes an exceptional cuppa! The machine does the heavy lifting and gives you the consistency, taste and texture you'd expect from the laneway cafes! Great product to own. Best of all, we took up Breville's White Glove Service in Melbourne and Tanya came by today and brought our skill making up to a whole 'nother level!! Tanya was extremely patient, friendly and knowledgeable and showed us her many tips and tricks to get even more out of what is already a great product. Can't wait to perfect our latte art!! I love this coffee machine- I got it for Christmas 2 Year’s ago- and can honestly say it’s still awesome. Semi self cleaning and self tamping. The shots come out perfectly. I don’t find much different in the cappuccinos or lat’e setting. We had a problem just the other day with steam coming out the bottom of the machine- took it to the authorised repair place in Ballarat( they are great to deal with by the way) it has a broken steam inlet valve. A credit to Breviile- who I rang - and they have their own customer service team just for the oracle machine. They have honoured the warranty even though it is out by a few weeks. So to re cap- great machine, good service product back up and awesome care from Breville.
