After reading reviews here, I bought this machine from the Good Guys and used it for about a month now. Order, delivery and the setup were all smooth.
This is our first coffee machine ever and we're not huge coffee drinkers, making on average just two cups a day. So, as a newbie, I'm very happy with the quality of the coffee - it tastes as good as top cafes.

This is without doubt the best home coffee machine you can buy. I admit I am a total coffee snob and even find most coffees in cafes are lacking. This machine makes better coffee than 90% of the coffees your get at a cafe and you can tailor it perfectly to your needs.

I have owned a DeLonghi machine before but was always disappointed with the lack of steam to foam perfect milk. Then we switched to a pod machine and was never really satisfied, I missed making a real coffee and not just pushing a button.

I did a lot of research, before buying this machine from The Good Guys. It has just the right amount of automation, yet a lot of control over the drink you get. I wanted cafe quality taste, with the ability to make microfoam of latte art standard. This machine claimed to do all that, and it does. Very well thought out machine, looks and feels well built, best milk frother on the market, easy to use, produces cafe quality coffee, comes with free in home "White Glove Service”.

I upgraded to this model after having the original Oracle and have a wonderful experience with that machine. Unpacking the machine is exciting, looks great but after two weeks the automatic froth wand failed. It would work manually but not automatically. Great coffe is a passion for me, at the same time as getting best bang for buck. I have always pushed whatever machine I've owned to the limit of what it can offer. The machine I just replaced was a Breville Barista Express that was almost exactly 5 years old.
