THANK YOU Jesse for acting with honesty and professionalism to help make my buying experience easy and stress-free. Being female I had the unfortunate experience by quite a few dealers (prior) of not being treated with the same respect that I would had I been male. However Jesse and the team at Brisbane City Auto worked with me over several days to find a car that was within my price range and to my liking. On top of that, Jesse ensured I got a little more for my trade-in than what was first offered, which helped seal the deal! Thanks also to the infectiously positive Rachel C for helping me with the extras I wanted for my car - your joyful energy would make anyone want to enter the doors of your dealership :) Blessings

The team at Brisbane City Auto are great, in particular Jesse Fraser our salesperson was organised, friendly and very professional. I get the feeling he will go the extra to explain details and answer any questions. A great experience buying a car from him. would definitely recommend.

Purchased used car
My experience of buying a used vehicle with Brisbane City Automotive was extremely professional. My salesman, Jesse Fraser, was friendly, great to deal with and very obliging. The purchase was so seamlessly and straight forward. I would recommend Jesse and the team here to anyone looking for a car, be it a new or used vehicle.

This company lacks integrity
This company informed me that my engine was unable to be repaired. They recommended a replacement engine. They sourced the replacement engine and fitted it – at a cost of approximately $4,200.00. I experienced issues with the replacement engine as soon as I collected the vehicle. These issues continued until the engine stopped working altogether approximately 5 months after it was fitted. Despite the fact that this company recommended, sourced and fitted the engine, they refused to refund my money or effect the necessary repairs. The end...Read more
