After 9 years on my last Sony Bravia,I bought a new big screen Sony TV from Buysmart. They were the cheapest but I hadn't heard of them. Most reviews on them was good so I bought mine too.
I received it within a couple of days. The whole process was very painless and wouldn't hesitate to order online again.

Bought a Samsung 65” curved QLED from Buy Smarte. Delivery was available next day after paying online via PayPal using AMEX for no surcharge. On opening TV it was clear that the backing of the set had separated from the panel. Contacted Buy Smarte who arranged for a replacement in 48hrs (I am in Sydney and the company is in Sydney). They use Harvey Norman to deliver so no issues there. TV looks great! I believe this is a design issue for these curved Samsungs (who no longer sell this model in Australia) however Buy Smarte believe the TV was dropped. Either way a positive experience.

I purchased a new 65 inch Samsung Q9 TV from Buy Smarte. They were significantly cheaper. Unfortunately the TV was damaged. Buy Smarte were very helpful and promptly arranged a replacement. I highly recommend Buy Smarte.

I cannot recommend Samsung however. I notified Samsung about the damage. Samsung were hostile and refused to accept the damage. Thank goodness for Buy Smarte or I would have paid thousands of dollars on a broken TV. Shame on Samsung. I shall overlook Samsung products in the future due to their poor customer service.

I purchased an LG 50UK6540 50" LED TV, it took a day and a half for delivery from Sydney to Brisbane. Came in perfect condition. Great T.V. Good service.

I purchased a brand new Samsung QLED 75" Series 9 from Buy Smarte saving at a very competitive price. The television was worth every cent I spent on it. I ordered online and the TV arrived the next day. Delivery was on point. Although the remote didn't work perfectly at first, the team at Buy Smarte were extremely helpful and quick to respond with a solution. Our TV is now in perfect working order and we couldn't be happier.

Was tossing up between Factory Second or Brand New in Box television. Found these guys whose prices on both were so competitive and they helped me work through the pros and cons of a Seconds VS Brand New. Purchased a brand new Samsung 65" from these guys!! I've been looking for a new phone for sometime and finally settled for the Samsung S8.
100s sell this online but I was particularly looking for Australian stock for warranty purposes.

This store was the only store that had the Australian stock at a comparable price to the parallel imports found online.
Outstanding pre sales service by the team and the next day delivery was just the icing on the cake!

-I received faulty product
-they asked me to pay for return shipping, although it's their fault
-had to negotiate with them so that they pay for return shipping
-called me to express "disappointment" about how i packed returned item and they said it may have been damaged in transport due to my bad packaging
-eventually i got a refund, item wasn't damaged in transport

Caused me a lot of unnecessary stress. I found their return process unprofessional. Why would they call me to scold me about packaging issues although there was no damage after all? Why wouldn't they pay for return shipping by default?

It's worth checking out this shop and their online offering, you can find excellent bargains on appliances, good quality and great service! I will definitely be coming back for more..
