I ordered my Canvas on a Thursday and it was at my door on the Monday. The customer service team was excellent and very helpful. The printing is very high quality, colours look great. I have no words to describe how happy i am with this service and product. It is always bit scary to order on line and you dont know what to expect. But i can say, i will use you guys again with my eyes closed.

Reliable, & Inexpensive

I have had 3 of my photos done by canvas prints, I can only praise there work, the prints are just beautiful, beautifully done, quick delivery to my door, and they were packed safe and secure, i have recommended them to all my family and friends, and will be using them again in the verry nere future.

I am so thankful for the help and professionalism of Canvas Printers Online, and the canvas I received is of such excellent quality! They contacted me regarding the poor quality of a photo I had uploaded, rather than going ahead and printing it. They were very patient and helpful while I fumbled around trying to get a higher quality copy of the photo to them. They did the cropping needed for the photo exactly as requested, and sent a copy to me for approval before printing. Everyone who visits remarks on the excellent quality and clarity of the print - all thanks to Canvas Printers Online.

When I first ordered my canvas I was a little unsure due to a couple of poor reviews & the fact they were so cheap. However I found them to be incredible! I got an email straight away asking for the original copy of the photo I wanted on a canvas, I sent the image & my canvas was being shipped. It only took 2 weeks to get to me in brisbane. The canvas is far more then I imagined, & I am very happy to give this canvas as a present!! I will definitely recommend to all family & friends! Ordered a 3 panel canvas print of our son on a wave in Bali. I was very particular about the position of the surfer in relation to the wave. Customer support was excellent with my queries and the end result was fantastic. Very pleased with the customer service and the speed of delivery once I gave approval to proceed. Highly recommend.

There is concern that the picture will be blurry and they brought it to my attention right away. Unfortunately I don't have another picture of my brother and I so I am having to go ahead with the print and just keep my fingers crossed its not a total disaster :)

I sent Canvas Printers 5 x photos of our wedding and honeymoon recently. Absolutely thrilled with the final outcome and will definitely be back to order more in the future. Turnaround time was fast, price very competitive and the quality was fantastic. My only regret was not getting them all in larger 75cm size.

I ordered a canvas for christmas which arrived in january direct from china. Rick wells the australian arm of the company promised a new canvas would be issued as they only printed half the photo from what was supplied. Still waiting they don't answer emails and suggested that i pay for another canvas and see what the result is.
Canvas still in original packaging i just want to return it and get a refund but they cant provide me with an australian address and i am reluctant to sent it back to the chinese factory. I am looking at my options with department of fair trading

Made in china although claim to be australian campany. No recourse when they get it wrong. You are just out of pocket

My original order was wrong however I was very impressed with how quickly they responded to my email when I received the incorrect order (within an hour) and also how quickly the new picture arrived (within a week). Once I received the correct order, I was very happy with the quality.

This is the 2nd time I've used Canvas Printers on line for canvases for my home & am very happy with the results, I will certainly use them again. They just need to upgrade the server to accept larger file sizes. Otherwise the product is great & the service excellent.

My second order from Canvas Printers Online has just arrived and I'm extremely pleased with the product. This time I ordered a Wall Display (6 canvasses). The online support people were most helpful and patient with helping me design my display and the price is hard to beat. Very much recommended.

I was very happy with the finished product when it arrived. I would use this service again. Good pricing. I like the fact that you have a lot of choices to select canvas size, shape while ordering online. Poor quality images are not used and you are notified instead of wasting money printing it.

Two canvas ordered online on the 22nd December, and arrived on 31st December. It was a surprise that production was from China, which explains the cheaper rate. But I am glad neither quality or delivery speed were compromised as a result. Highly rated and would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Great prices, very efficient.

Ordered as Christmas present and assured of its arrival. Then when given shipping details found it was being produced and shipped from China even though they show as an Australian Company. Would have though twice if I had known it was a Chinese production. When print finally arrived after christmas the bottom half of the photo was missing from the canvas. Have repackaged for return. Awaiting response as to whether I send it back to China or the Australian Office also how they deal with refunds. I will keep you posted

I was somewhat dubious about my order given the negative feedback in the past I have read. However, my two canvas's arrived within 7 days. I agree they should have a contact number (I think that would aid customer confidence) but I have to say after sending an email I had an immediate response and my parcel arrived the next day. I am a very happy customer ++++

After doing a bit of research I went with canvas printers on line since they had good reviews. Purchased a set of split panoramic canvases and adjusted it using the easy to use software.

The canvases came extremely well pakced, seem to be very high quality and arrived in 10days after placing the order.
