Car care misquoted me saying replacement of my rear light (passenger) would cost $290. they came out and brought out the drivers side light so the replacement was delayed. I asked for a discount they agreed to $20. When they charged me they charged me $307.80. When I questioned it they said its GST. They did not indicate in the quote that this price did not include GST and if it was GST it would have been $319 (less $20 discount) 299.00. Incredibly rude and well. Do not use this company.

Gave them a $600 deposit, they gave me the run around about the pick up time. Told me on three occasions that they would pick up my kombi. Never arrived. Emailed me to offer a refund but I’ve not
been able to get in contact with them since!!

My experience was flawless and I couldn't have asked for better service. My vehicle was delivered in the condition it went on the truck and delivered in a short time. It all started with the receptionist Andrea who made it all happen, she accommodated to my request in short notice made no promises yet got everything sorted and I was phoned back within the hour, my experience got even better when she confirmed my vehicle was to be delivered in a three day turn around from Gold Coast address to Melbourne Tullamarine depot. Thank you Andrea for your exceptional service.

The most disrespectful and appalling company out there. As soon as they got my money it was like they disappeared. I was given 3 different places to drop off my vehicle and had to continually ask for my receipt and a drop off location. The location they gave me the first time they denied and yet I had email proof, the second time the company they sent me to wouldn't take my car as they refused to work with them. Then I got sent an hour away from home to some dodgy place. Tried to cancel and get my money back but they wouldn't refund. Horrible, horrible company and should be shut down. Just glad my car eventually got to me in one piece.

Booked car for transport Brisbane to Melbourne. Was assured that the car would arrive by Monday - told that it would actually be at the depot over the weekend. Based on this we booked flights to Melbourne, Spirit of Tasmania ferry tickets and accommodation in Tasmania. When we arrived at the Epping depot to pick up our car, it wasn't there. I booked to have a car carried from Sydney to Perth. I was constantly given incorrect information on the arrival time. I was eventually given a confirmed ETA. 3 days before it was due to be delivered I rang to confirm to delivery date and was assured it was still due to be delivered, but they would check and confirm with me. I didn't receive a phone call, text message or email. This carried on for the next 2 days. Eventually on the day it was due delivery they gave me their actual carriers phone number only to be told the car was still in Sydney (been there for a month) and it wouldn't be delivered for another 2 weeks. I am currently trying to get a refund so I can use a more reputable carrier who actually car about their customers.

Paid for $1260 to book service carrying my car from Perth to Sydney on 29th April. When I called their staff for consulting about the time of delivery, they told me it's about 7 to 12 business days.

But till now, almost 1 month has passed, I still have not received my car. I have tried to call their service staffs. Most time they told me they would give me call back or SMS, but nothing come if I didn't call again. Because their inaccurate information, I have to spent more than $500 to rent a car. And because my stuffs are in the car, I have to live in hotel which is much more expensive than my expect.

I'll never ever use this company any more. This company should be shut down. Does anyone has complaint to ACCC?

My car was booked in a Wednesday to be picked up the following Monday the idiot that took my booking stuffed it up and put in the wrong date by the time it was sorted out they told my car wont get picked up till Wednesday when the car was booked in I told them that it was a Corvette they still took the booking only to find out on the Monday that it was surpose picked up that my car is to low to go on the truck and they would have arrange another truck SMB car carriers to pick up that wont be until Wednesday when the car picked up was told it ...

Couldn't pick up from AGREED address after confirming. Didn't come three days in a row. Didn't know much about my consignment. You pay 2000$ you need some service. Very stressful. Save the pain, go CEVA carrying, pros.

I used these guys once and they did what they were suppose to do. They got my car delivered from Brisbane to Townsville within 4 days. Well done.

I used this mob to transport my Honda from depot to depot from Sydney to Adelaide. It took 8 days but they advised me of the transit times at the time of booking. Car arrived in good condition. Recommended.

Their attitude deteriorated as soon as payment was made. All details of transport changed i.e. became much longer (extra 2 weeks). Staff were rude and arrogant. Also trading as Regal Removals they are apparently just brokers.
The actual transport company that carried my car was Prix Car who were really good to deal with.

As with other customers wished we had read the reviews. We had an old car to be brought down from Yatala to Craigieburn (their choice of depot). Lovely on the phone until they had their money. Said they would pick up on a certain day and didn't until 3 days later. As we had purchased the car we felt terrible for the previous owner who had to hang around her house until they came.
