I had a 105m2 townhouse requiring carpet in 2x bedrooms and vinyl in all common areas. Also I have a work order for blinds - not yet installed. The staff at The Valley store in Brisbane were excellent. I told them I wouldn't be going backwards and forwards with price and other nonsense in making the order. They accommodated by giving their best price and attention first time. I had to push the dates back by a day - no problem for the head office staff. The installers was also very good. A shout out to Daniel the vinyl installer. Very courteous & professional and did an excellent job especially when I suspect the kitchen floor wasn't prepared quite as well as he would have liked and took him a little longer than usual.

We had carpet and vinyl planks laid both did a great job and was extremely happy with the floor prep .Alex the manager at Loganholme was great to deal with also

While the installation was completed and the installation work was good, my rating is not higher because of the following reasons:
- was not informed the works take 2 days, carpet call informed us it would take 1 day
- our installation date was stuffed up so installation day was delayed by a day
- awful customer service after the installation date was booked in, the person was dismissive and patronising

Done a vinyl flooring for my new home. Faulty installation, delays for more than 2 months, done a damages in the walls and not will to fix them. And on top of that inappropriate way to deal with the customers.
Delayed the installation five times. And when they done it, they done a faulty job.
No levelling has been made which left my second floor bumpy when walking on it. Aggressive in their emails.
Not following what’s written in the contract
After two months of problems, I went to NSW Fair Trading. And it took me no time to have my issues resolved . Thanks to Fair Tradings for your support.
Please people stay away from this company and save your time and money.

Area of walkway front door has lots of ups and downs and some spots showing pointy as through stone underneath First reported 6 months down After some discussion we were told they would fix but we would probably have to pay layer.We said no as if the concrete floor was not suitable then job should not have been undertaken so should be contractors responsibility Vinyl planks are looking a lot worse after just after 2 years and replacement will be floating floor but not with below

I have had a great experience with Dominic from the Maribyrnong store. He was helpful and went above and beyond to work with the builder to make sure I got my flooring completed at the time the builder needed the floor to go in. Fred the installer also did a great job. The builder commented on how professional the installation team was as well.

I wouldn't actually give them any stars. Carpet Call North Lakes, over measured and overcharged. Vinyl installation has lumps, not stuck down to the point that its a tripping hazard. Best advice is to shop elsewhere. Carpet call clearly dont care about their customers

The vinyl flooring looks amazing, the installers were helpful and respectful and finished the job with no fuss, I would highly recommend. Dan provided excellent advice and walked through the job afterwards to ensure I was happy.

Found a hard wearing waterproof vinyl flooring at Carpet Call. It is the latest flooring technology from the US and looks great in Highland Oak. Tim and the team from Elegant Floors in Sydney laid it in a day. Very happy with the results.
