An utter waste of time and money- the Franchise holder was polite and prompt but seemed to have no idea about how the PERT product works (if it does actually work in any case). He sprayed the product onto the carpet then vacuumed it up about 30 mins later. Not the several hours or 24 hrs it should take - the result was no improvement to the smell urine smell at all. I contacted head office and they sent him back to retreat the room. Basically the same process was followed except it was left on for an extra 30 mins this time. Guess what?- same result - no improvement to smell at all. The carpet may be clean but the PERT process did nothing to take away dog urine smell. I could not recommend in any way shape or form.

Great service, same-day booking, which was awesome. Very friendly lady on phone when booking and super nice guy, Rod, arrived a few hours later to clean my mattress. Called Daniel from Chemdry on Tuesday because I have put my home on the market. Real eastate agents said be good to get the carpets cleaned. Daniel arrived 10am next morning, made the carpet look brand new. Couldn't recommend him highly enough. Thank you Daniel, for the prompt service, immaculate cleaning, and fantastic price.

Rod was fantastic. He steam cleaned a rug and 3 bedrooms for me. He was very thorough. Second time I’ve used them and I’ll be back again. Very happy with the result.

My phone call was promptly answered, I believe I spoke with the owner who was very keen to make my booking, however not so keen on passing on relevant information.
Neglected to notify me of the 10% surcharge for a Saturday, or the cc surcharge. Just average customer service.
No complaints with the young lad who came on the day, pleasant and informative.
Process took longer than quoted and took longer than expected to dry; lounge remained 'damp' for 8-10 hours.

Quoted $150 then demanded a further $150 on completion. I have had Chemdry before and for the first time had a substandard job. When I questioned [name removed] as to the quality of the job, he became aggressive. I felt intimidated and just paid. Please do not use this provider.

I called Norm to clean my carpets, mattress, upholstery and any stains. He was highly professional, was on time and an utter gentleman. The job was of high quality, all stains were removed and I am delighted with the results. I highly recommend using him.

Arranged to get carpets done great price but very disappointed with results.
Thought maybe after they dried it would look better but unfortunately no.

After a child had an accident on my carpet I had a lingering urine smell even after a different company did a steam clean. Richard explained to me how he can help using an anti-bacterial solution and took the time to answer all my question, of which there were many. I will definitely would use him again and it's never been easier to recommend someone's work.

Be aware, as I've learned that branches can be privately owned and therefore the mixed reviews for Chem-Dry as a company. Can't speak for them all but Richard from Bayswater branch did a brilliant job!

Have you ever felt like you were being conned? $350 per bathroom which I was told was a "Good" price to clean the floor and wall tiles of my bathrooms. 2* tiny bathrooms and one a decent size. 3 bathrooms = $1,100. for 4 hours work and I was on my hands and knees yesterday cleaning the dust from "tiles" under the vanity. Appalling waste of money. $100 per bathroom would have been too much. Never again. Customers be warned.

Got Chem dry in to clean my mattress, they charged me $110 and were unable to get rid of any of the stains and now l am getting asthma from all the deodoriser they used. I also asked them if they could take there shoes off as l had just cleaned the floors, instead they just left dirty shoe marks every where.

Had our lounge suite cleaned including cat urine. Prompt service, friendly and competent employee. Very impressed and would definately use again.

Outstanding service and results. All of the other Steam Cleaning businesses I have hired over the yrs had done a quick once over 20min, less than average job on my carpets.

Dave (British gentleman) who did my Bronte apartment, spent time performed multiple processes for cleaning; spraying with a cleaning agent, scrubbing with a separate machine, spot removing manually, vacuuming carpet edges, hot water steam cleaning.

I have never seen the carpets so clean and bright. Very Impressed and appreciative for his extensive efforts. Highly recommended.

Shocking service. [Name Removed] was arrogant the job was terrible and no recourse. Avoid this man! I would not use him under any circumstances.
