hi, please never ever buy anything from chemist warehouse, they will take money and never courier your thing to your friend. same thing happened with me. i ordered online perfume to my sister in canberra and she got 1 broken bottle, and she never got a reimbursement, refund or a new bottle. i wasted my 100 dollars on them. they are cheaters, and extremely worst in customer service.
I think chemist warehouse has an amazing online service, some people are so difficult
Many thanks. I will take your advice.

Anyone know how to call Epharmacy - Chemist warehouse ?
1 answer
I'm a regular shopper at epharmacy in QLD, and the number is in my address book :-) It's 1300 367 283. Sometimes the phone is engaged, but that's only because they are flat out answering calls all day. But I always get through within minutes by pressing redial.

Bought an item online as it said it was available and now it has not been included in my order, when will i receive a refund? Also now it states that the product is available in store and back online soon, so why didn't you put the item in my order if its available in the store? A phone call would of been nice.

The online store is completely separate to the stores. As you stated, the product may be available in store but not online, or vice versa. Obviously if the online store didn't have it in stock they couldn't put the item in your order ;)

What is the policy on delivery periods? I am most unhappy as they were quick to take my $130, but my product is still at 'packing order' status.
I have emailed hemist warehouse regarding this and no response.
Basically i want my money back this is appalling!!
Anyone had similar?

Yep. I'm still waiting for one of two items in my order to be in stock and I ordered on 25 Mayember. Their site sure doesn't make it easy to let you know your rights regarding requesting refunds due to a poor delivery service.
Are you still waiting jess?
I also still waiting orders since march 2014. Already two weeks now.

What is your policy regarding purchasing products, Yesterday I purchase a product which was adverised outside the store at a lower prize that tI would pay in the Supermarket I purchased the product with other items. I was charged more than double the prize. I inquired about this, then I was offered a refund, The managaer had no idea about the policy of being overcharged he said he would find out. I felt very embarassed and was told to grab another item. The customer service was very poor. I challenged the manager about this. I often hear your policy about why pay more, This was a very bad error in advertising if I had purchase this item at the local Supermarket the cost would have been waved. Could you please inform me me what is your policy?

We are the cheapest "chemist" not super market. :)
I'm not too sure why they asked you to grab another item though :/
The policy of "if the price at checkout is higher than the shelf price, the first one will be free then subsequent items at the lower shelf price" ONLY applies to SUPERMARKETS. It is NOT applicable to pharmacies.

Your refund policy is not clear to customer.I went to return a knee band today (5/11/12) and the Pharmacist (Dandenong store) replied this cannot be returned as it was more than 7 days since purchase was made.My question is why this is not displayed anywhere in the store? Why the pharmacist was unable to show any written policy about 7 days?
I wanted to return not as a change of mind but the product was not right for the intended purpose. This is clearly mentioned in the store return policy if the product is not right for the intended purpose the store will refund, but why the Pharmacist refused to refund? I feel this is not fair

I believe the receipt refers to statutory obligations... As consumers we get very confused and spoilt by some of the larger retailers like myer who return anything and everything BUT our right as a consumer is much different. If we choose, is this case a knee band and took it home to find it wasn't a knee band it was a head band then you have the right to have it exchanged or refunded. But if you purchased it as a knee band and it was as the outer packaging describes then you have no right to an exchange or refund unless it is faulty. These are our rights and their rights.
I know that even Myer have changed their return policy recently. If you simply choose the wrong thing or change your mind they are not obligated to exchange or refund. Most likely as a sign of good will they allow 7 days, but they don't have to. The other thing to consider which makes sense is if you purchase something, they will have to replace that stock, then you return it, they have more stock then they should have. I'm guessing they could afford to do this if they charged a premium on everything but I don't think this is the case given they market themselves as the cheapest.
No receipt - no return/exchange. It's for a good reason. eg: someone steals makeup from Myer then takes it to another store wanting a refund. That is why receipt of purchase is required.
